I used this in a very hot and sweaty hot yoga class and it stayed put the whole time. Just get the area where your hands and feet make contact a little damp (I just used a small spill from my water bottle) and you’re good to go. The hand towel is also great. I’ll be buying more of these.

This is a game changer for me. I have sweaty hands and no matter what mat I use my hands slip. Yoga is hard enough for me without the added complication of not being able to hold a pose due to my hands slipping. Gloves help, but can hurt between my fingers. I place this towel across the top of my mat, in easy reach for downward dog, plank, etc and my hands don’t move! These are the best workout towels! Super absorbent, and soft. Watch out for a little color bleed in the first few washes of the darker ones (purple and blue), but after a few washes it can go in with everything else. They’re the perfect hand-towel size and absorb so much you don’t need another towel. I just wish Manduka sold more sizes for traveling!!! ... show more

Love these! Have ordered 6 now and give them as gifts to my fellow yogis. Does not slip and is still small enough to easily toss to the side when needed, and then easily grab again to put back on mat. I spray before I go with a little water with lavender oil in it. I absolutely love this towel. It's wonderful! It easily wicks up sweat and moisture, dries quickly, and cleans easily. Great for a gym towel or any other use where you want to wipe the moisture away.
