My wife bought 2 of these pillows to replace the ones we have. I have to sleep with 2 pillows, so I took the other one she used and I really enjoy these. I read all the reviews before buying and chose to take a chance because I love the Hilton pillows. I ordered the king size firm and the queen medium (which have not arrived, but I will be sending back). The king seemed great - and the quality of the fabric is amazing - however despite how fluffy they get initially, when you put them in a case and sleep on them, they deflate like pancakes. I have slept on down or down/feather combination pillows for years and never experienced the flatness of these. I have only had them for four days, and would return them if I hadn’t removed a tag. Definitely nothing like the shape retention of Hilton pillows. So bummed and disappointed. You can tell the quality of material and assembly is great but there is clearly too little interior fill. ... show more
