I love how it fits on me.. very comfortable and gives you a lil hug just how I like it to be...the only thing that I think could be a problem to others is the stitching was unraveling as soon as I wrapped it around me.. thank God I know how to sew..I would of sent it back if I didn't. 🤣😂

Takes a few views of watching video on how to use, but once I understood it, it's effective. I literally was able to cinch 4 inches off my waist with this trainer. The fabric is comfortable, breathable, and doesn't make me feel constricted. I like the fact I'm in control of tightness and wear to place on my body. I loved that I had to tighten my joggers as I walked me dogs and I didn't have any weird bulges!! ... show more

The belt is extremely long and no way could I even begin to put it on and fasten it. Also the upper arm sleeves are not for flabby arms on older women . They might work on younger thinner women whose arms are just a little droopy.

It had no compression and very little support. When I tried to make it tighter it just stretched way to much amd became less supported and thinner the tighter I made it. And I'm not sure if it was just too short because it didn't seem to wrap around enough and would just space out and pop open like a can of biscuits. The reason I bought this was so I can have more compression in areas I wanted vs getting a waist trainer that I couldn't control that ... show more
