This wrap is way better than most others simply because the material is wider and more sturdy. I can wear this wrap for hours and it does not move. I have several other wraps and they all tend to work their way toward the mid section. This one stays put! I don't use the arm things..

1. Arm bands are great. Lining makes you build up a sweat just by moving even without a work out. I wear them comfortable not extra tight 2. Love the velcro on armband makes it adjustable to fit compared to others where you struggle to pull them up on your arm 3. Waisttrainer is Lightweight easy to roll to put in your gym bag or store away. 4. Waist trainer is fully elastic and not too long so you can easily wrap to your sizing 5. No lining on waist trainer - so i recommend not making it too tight to avoid any marks on your skin. I prefer to wear over my gym tank so the elastic isnt rubbing too hard on my skin ... show more

Didn't hold up the way other products have. Hard to wrap by yourself and the arm bands didn't fit. Still trying to find a way to make it work to get my money's worth.
