Very pleased with my purchase. Small gripe is that the instructions say "insert piece to red line" but are printed in black and white. Also buy some refractory cement to line the sides and top. The top insulation has a habit of slipping out otherwise.

This was a gift for my son. He is really enjoying it so far. The only thing he would suggest is a different style tongs and have a scoop for slag.

    • Poor quality
The base plate cracked after the first use . The insulation for the lid falls out every time I open it so I have to lift the lid then lift the insulation. Melts aluminum at a decent rate. Would definitely opt for a different lift/pour tool.

Item received but the regulator leaks cost to replace is almost as much as the whole kit.
