My mother is doing very well with her Malisa electric wheelchair! It has given her a new sense of independence at her assisted living place since she can get to the dining room, or her apartment, or to an activity without calling for assistance. The chair works wonderfully, quietly, and is easy to navigate. We keep in in the slowest setting for her safety, and for the safety of other residents. Since the charging cable plugs into the joystick navigator from the front, it is a little difficult for my mom to get it in correctly since it is not seeable from the chair (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but she is working through that with some help. We have not had an opportunity to fold down and transport the chair yet, but are thankful for the push button automatic folding and unfolding option.

I bought the MALISA Electric Wheelchair for my father, who’s about 260 pounds, and I needed something sturdy enough to support him. This chair has been doing a great job so far. It’s lightweight and foldable, which makes it easy for us to carry and store. It works well on different surfaces, and the battery lasts all day. Overall, it’s been really good, but I’ll keep an eye on how it holds up in the long run.

I liked that the footrest is adjustable. Very comfortable. I’m 6’2”so being able to move the footrest out really helps. I’ve used this a few times and I’m excited about the freedom this chair is going to bring me.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! BOUGHT IT FOR A THREE WEEK ANNIVERSARY TRIP TO EUROPE. IN 2022. IT DID GREAT ON THE COBBLESTONES IN SICILY, ROME AND FLORENCE, PARIS. TOOK CUNARD BACK FROM SOUTHAMPTON, EXCELLENT ON A CRUISE. FLEW ON UNITED, LUFTHANSA, AND AIR FRANCE. TOOK IT TO THE PLANE DOOR FOR BOARDING UNITED AND LUFTHANSA TREATED IT LIKE A STROLLER . HAD IT DELIVERED TO TO ME AS I EXITED THE PLANE. AIR FRANCE DID NOT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE PAIRING THE REMOTE BUT IT SEEMS TO WORK WELL. HAVE AN EXSTRA LARGE FAVRIC LUGGAGE COVER FOR IT. WORKS WELL

I will report that the chair was delivered on time and ultimately does what it says it will do in the amazon listing. After reading the troubles other people had with returns and people getting the wrong chair, I searched the amazon listing for anything that would identify the model number.......Nothing. The instruction booklet that came with the chair is iq-7000. It shows how to manually open the chair and the pictures do not depict the chair I have, so the book is useless. So I went to the internet for help. And by watching the videos for iq-8000 and 7000 figured out how to turn on the thing but it took me an hour of searching to find a video that shows you have to push the open button and then decelerate or accelerate buttons to open or fold the chair. I finally found a video that has a remote that looked like mine on a video for an EA brand wheel chair And was finally able to pair the remote. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE notice to Chinese manufacturers. PLEASE hire an American to write your owners manuals. The english you use for your manuals and videos is awful. I should not have to search the internet to figure out how to use your product. I bought the chair for my wife but got this one so that it could carry me one day if need be. I am 350 Lbs. and the chair struggles a bit to turn from a standstill, but works well if you go straight for a sec then turn. So if you are over 350 pounds you might want to look at a 450 pound chair. I will play with this one when my wife isnt using it and if it works well for both of us I will raise my rating to a 4. But right now I am upset that i had to spend 4 hours on the internet just to get the documentation to use this chair. UPDATE----- I called product support and Eric answered it promptly, He talked me through my problems and sent me a newer version of owners manual ( still needs work) But I was so impressed with the support im changing my rating to a 4. if in three months we still like this chair ill upgrade the rating to a 5.

We were excited to purchase this product for my mom due to her having one leg. We were so disappointed that we could not even unfold the electric chair. We called the company no response, and we left a message (no call back). We had to pay 203.35 dollars to return the electric chair that did not open up. The video we watched repeatedly indicated that it was easy to open the chair not true. Now we are paying to return an electric chair that was unusable. Heartbroken, for my mom and disappointed that we had to pay for something that we had never used.
