I love the actual item but the shipping needs improvement. I received the product and it leaked all over the box. The replacement product also leaked. There was no seal over either product to prevent this issue. It is easily preventable.

I’ve lived in the country with terrible well water for 3 years. I’ve always used Malibu treatments to strip iron out of my hair. But it was terribly damaged, so I decided to try this. My hair looks and feels better than it has since I moved here. I will say that I’ve read some of these reviews (even from hairstylists) that do not seem to understand this product is specific for hard water hair or swimmers hair. Yes it’s a conditioner. But it’s meant for specific types of damage. So as long as you understand its purpose and use it for what it’s meant for, it’s a great product. I suggest weekly use. I also suggest combining it with the treatments that remove chemicals and iron from your hair. ... show more

Reconstructor, shiny, soft/pliable hair. This product reminded me of the mayonaise recipe, without the smell. A very small packet. The price was perfect. I decided to leave the product on over night. I’m glad I did.

My daughter is bi-racial and I got this for her. Definitely a no! It felt like I didn't even have anything when I put it on her. I bought 3 packets and used every single one and it just didn't work. If you have thick hair, I don't recommend.
