This camera has been in use for about 3 weeks and is already completely broken, unfortunately. My kid isn’t unnaturally rough on toys but the screen completely stopped working. I took it apart to fix it but it’s not something I can fix. I hate leaving low rating reviews but I just don’t think this camera was built to last. We’ve used other kids cameras and one lasted 3 years and the other is still going so I know that these little guys should last much longer than 3 weeks. When it was working, my kid enjoyed it and I’d definitely recommend for ages 4+. I’m hoping this was a fluke that ours broke so fast. ... show more

We got this for our 9 year old grandson and he is thrilled. The camera actually does a lot, such as video, games, photos, selfies, and more. It comes with a 16GB microSD, charging cable, microSD adapter to install it in a computer to transfer photos, and a small three leg stand perfect for holding the camera for selfies, There are many adjustments such as photo quality (we are using the 5MB) and the small LCD screen is very sharp. It is too soon to speak on durability since our grandson just got this camera today for his birthday. He spent all day with the camera and repeatedly told us how much he likes it. I was actually rather amazed at all the camera offers for the low price. It seems to be a perfect kids camera. I took off one star due to the very limited and rather poor instructions. They provide info on only the very bare basics and it is left to the user to figure out how to use the various functions. Fortunately, our 9 year old typical boy was able to figure out everything on his own after I showed him the basics. Still, I suggest the maker come up with more thorough instructions. ... show more

The kids love this camera so much I've barely had a chance to even peak at it. My 3 year old can use it easily enough. For the most part I agree, it's easy to use, but I would not say it's particularly intuitive. The symbols on the buttons are faded and difficult to see, so I'm never sure what they're supposed to do. It doesn't feel very durable. My kids are rough, and while it hasn't broken yet, I do feel it's only a matter of time before the lens is broken off. Quality of the images is about what you'd expect for the price. Kids aren't really going to care, its just for fun. But you will get better photos with good lighting, especially outside. I do love that you can pop out the memory card, and that it comes with a USB adapter. That's the game changer for my son who was always running out of space for his videos on his tablet. As long as you're not looking for super high quality, and okay with it being sort of disposable, For the price I think this camera is great for younger kids. ... show more

I got this camera for my 8 year old daughters birthday thinking it would be a nice gift for her. Little did I know I had created a monster from it. She loved the camera and accessories. She had been taking pictures constantly. It was super easy for her to learn and I was amazed on how she explained all the features to me without having to read a manual. She learned on her own how to make videos and to take hundreds of selfies. It was so enjoyable watching her for hours taking all sorts of pictures. You can view the pictures on the screen in the back, but I noticed the pictures were darker than the original setting but I probably have to make some adjustments to picture quality. She hardly used the stand that was provided as she carried it around everywhere. I can’t speak to longevity, but I hope that the camera lasts withstands the test of time. ... show more
