There's only 2 things I dislike about this product; first the water tank is too small it runs out very fast and second the scubbing attachment was destroyed only about an hour after using it ... it became distorted to the point where the steam wouldn't come out correctly. This has all the things I could imagine I will need to update my old, failing, caulking - a good package for an amateur to have as I don't know what the professionals use. Would expect them to have similar items in their tool bag though.

This review is concerning the handheld steamer. Don’t waste your money! Although it sounds powerful - you need ear protection it’s SO LOUD, and it is certainly pressurized, there are many disappointing features of this unit. 1) it’s as loud as a fighter jet. 2) after using a full tank in only 7 or so minutes, you must wait for the contraption to cool enough to open the unit to refill - I’m sure it’s a safety feature, but I’m not able to make much headway in that timeframe. Having to wait 15 minutes for it to cool down just to refill is frustrating. 3) when tilted forward, like when cleaning grout lines on a floor, it spits out loads of water. 4) it doesn’t magically clean like the other reviews rave about. So dissatisfied with my $42 purchase. I spent so much time selecting this pressure steam cleaner, but to no avail. It will be a return from me. ... show more
