The best purchase of 2025! When sitting it feels like a big couch laying down the pillows are not in the way and you can remove them if needed. My only complaint is there is a gap on the side and a large gap between the headboard and mattress that the pillows cover. It makes me super nervous because my dog is so small and love to lay by our heads. I am a bigger girlie and it hold my weight no problem and doesn’t squeak at all! It was a struggle to put together but straight forward you just need strengths definitely worth the money

Product arrived in timely manner. 3 large boxes. Bed is heavy and needs two people to assemble. Bed sits low to ground. Beautiful color and soft material. You have to stuff the pillows for head. Did this with minimal effort.

While I love this bed, it’s very unfortunate that it came already damaged from the shipper. One of the boxes was handled so roughly that it shredded through the box to the soft fabric on the side panels until the white fluff showed. Regardless I built the bed and did my best to hide the damage as they wanted to send two whole replacement panels and after building the bed and with how heavy it was and how much work I’m not interested in dismantling it and replacing the side panels. Hope they find a better way to ship their products because spending over $200 on shipping alone for what was suppose to be a brand new bed frame just to receive it damaged is superrrrrr disappointing, otherwise it’s sturdy and soft.

I almost never write reviews unless something is truly incredible or unbelievably awful. I’ll let you guess which category this bed falls into. I’ve been searching for a bed for months. Every time I found one I liked, it was out of stock. I finally settled on this one because it kept popping up everywhere and looked comfortable. Big mistake. The frustration started the moment I opened the box. The cheap little clasp that’s supposed to hold the bottom of the headboard together was already broken off. I spent nearly two hours trying to assemble this thing. The side pieces are NOT interchangeable, and one of the metal braces that connects the side rail to the headboard was so misaligned that the tiny one‑inch screws they include couldn’t even catch. I had to hammer it out, then force it together just enough for the bottom screw to grab. Once I got that in, I was able to get the top one in. After fighting with this poorly engineered, flimsy mess for way too long, all I had left to do was attach the pillows to the headboard. They zip on. If you guessed the zipper was broken, congratulations—you’re right. It crumbled the moment I touched it, so now one side of the headboard pillow just hangs there. I tried to return this disaster of a bed, only to find out the seller doesn’t cover return shipping. I paid nearly $300 just to get it delivered, and now I’d have to pay that again to send it back—meaning I’d get maybe $100 refunded after spending around $600 in shipping alone. In short: terrible quality, terrible engineering, and terrible return policy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

It's a beautiful bed it's I like it. We didn't send it back. It's extremely hard to put together. It doesn't really lineup properly and it's hard to clean this suede. I still have to find a good suede brush to keep the dust off of it.
