I bought this vanity for my 10 year old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. It is a good size for her room and has plenty of storage areas for all of her beauty items. It wasn't too difficult to put together, but does take some time. I put it together by myself but definitely having two sets of hands would have been much easier. All of the pieces fit together nicely and it seems pretty sturdy.

After a month going back and forth on which vanity to get, we ultimately kept coming back to this one. For the price, it is a great vanity. The lights are stick on, but they don't look cheap. I do recommend winding your cord at each bulb before sticking them on. This will allow you to get the cord as tight as possible. We added a different chair ourselves. It took a couple hours to put together, with my husband and son doing it. Everything is in pieces, so be prepared. Everything is numbered though. My daughter assisted too. She is absolutely thrilled with this vanity!

The product advertises "light bulbs," but these are actually just a string of LED lights inside of a spherical plastic casing meant to resemble a bulb. I specifically avoided purchasing other vanity desks with built-in LED lights that would have been MUCH easier to assemble. But I wanted a vanity desk with actual light bulbs because I want to be able to replace an individual bulb when it burns out. I can't replace the entire string of LEDs when the LED controller eventually fails. Additionally, the "bulbs" are not part of the mirror. You have to sticky-tape them on yourself, and they don't even provide guides for where to mount them. I had to break out a ruler and do some 8th grade math to line these up nicely. (And they did end up looking very nice.) Getting that gripe out of the way, everything else about the desk is very nice. It feels sturdy. It stands straight. It took forever to assemble, but it at least looks very nice. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves it!! There was a manufacturing mistake in one of the bolts. Thankfully they give you multiple spares of every bolt and screw! Thank you! Before I realized there were spares I reached out to the customer support email address asking for extras. I emailed them 4 days ago and have not heard back yet. Lastly, they want you to plug the string of LED lights into the USB port on the front of the desk. I felt this was kind of cheap. I don't like the idea of a USB cable permanently draped across the front of the desk. I drilled two inconspicuous holes so I could run the cable behind the desk where it could not be seen (see pictures). If you have a drill, I recommend doing this. The instructions were easy to follow (until you get to the "bulbs"), but it will take days to assemble this if you want it to look nice.

My 13 year old daughter wanted a vanity and I searched Amazon for month before finding this one. The reviews were good so I took a chance. Most people indicated that it took 6 hours to assemble. I am somewhat handy and it only took my about 4 hours. I first took all the parts out of the box which was well packed and protected and layed them out in my work area. It seemed overwhelming at first however the instructions are very clear and walk you through every step. It started coming together within the first twenty minutes. All you need is a cordless screwdriver/drill with a Philips head with the torque set to around 3-4 so you don't over tighten the screws. You will also need a short Phillip's screwdriver, that's it. This vanity is good quality Sauder wood and is sturdy. The only complaint I have is the lights with visible cords. I did my best to wind them up and space them out evenly. I also drilled a 7/8 inch hole in the back for the USB plug so it wasn't stretched across the front and plugged into the existing USB. Overall this is a good purchase that I am happy with.

This vanity would be perfect if the lights were attached. The lights are plastic and on a plastic string. You stick them on the mirror with stickers. They look silly and tacky! We purchased this and ended up taking down the lights because they constantly fell. But we love the vanity, otherwise. Lots of storage space. Cute and easy to build. We didn’t discover the light issue until after it was built so will be keeping with no lights!

Package arrived intact but box was pretty busted up, like it had been around the world and back. The parts seem to be okay, but there are dozens and dozens of pieces and the instruction manual was not included. This seems like a possible return that didn't include them (or they just never made the trip) and as a result, I've got no idea how to put this together. If I find it and can get it assembled, I will update this. But as this is not my strong suit and there appear to be NO copies of the instructions for this specific product available online, this is a very disappointing start.

Very sturdy and has a lot of storage space! Very easy to put together. I was able to do it by myself, it did take me about 5ish hours to do, but it was still very doable to put together solo. It was the perfect size for my little home to put in a small cranny and the light brightness is perfect!

This was a lot of work to assemble AND one would expect that to be so given the number of drawers and such on it. It's very sturdy and I feel safe sitting on the bench (not the skinniest woman in town!). Only complaint is one drawer gets stuck and have to wiggle it to get it pushed back in. Overall though I love it!
