I received the first one and it was badly damaged. Two shadows had broken into dust and gotten everywhere, including the outside sleeve. I returned and got a replacement in a few days and that one is perfect. The colors are highly pigmented and the glitters are decently easy to use.

I've had this pallet for about a year now and it is still doing great! I love revolution eyeshadow because the colors are so pigmented and last all day. I don't know what I was thinking ordering makeup but it came 100% intact and there was return policy if it was damaged! I don't remember exactly but I think it came early too! This is a beautiful palette and pretty much looks as pictured. It is a typical Revolution formula and works best with a primer and even then, you need to layer it. Without layering, it’s a beautiful sheer, veil like wash of color with minimal fallout. With two or more layers of shadow, the pigmentation is beautiful and true to the colors in the pans. I’m quite happy with the palette, especially for the price. The palette arrived promptly and is as pictured. I was hoping this would be ok, but when it arrived one of the pink colors was completely broken out and spread on the inside of the bag and box. (I bought it for the pink colors.)
