It arrived clearly used. There is a Nordstrom purchase sticker on the box. There were loose beads included in a ziplock bag with Lego pieces in it. Beads are supposed to come color coordinated and receiving a ziplock bag of mixed up, multicolor beads makes it extremely labor intensive to load into the bead holder by color. The beads frequently become misaligned requiring manual correction with the “alignment tool” provided, essentially a plastic toothpick. The threading system doesn’t line up with the bracelet maker base, so this bracelet maker essentially doesn’t work and you are better off manually putting beads on the elastic cord yourself.
