  • Maximize Space Without Compromise: Get a weight cage, squat rack, and dual-cable crossover in one compact footprint. Designed for home gyms where floor space is premium, the F22 replaces three machines while maintaining full-range motion for all compound lifts
  • Engineered for Heavy Lifting: Built with 2"x3" commercial-grade 14-gauge steel (0.08" thick) to support a 1600lb static weight capacity. The structural integrity ensures the frame won't warp or flex under max-load squats, deadlifts, or heavy rack pulls
  • Eliminate Frame Sway & Wobble: Our dual-triangle base design increases the contact surface area with your floor, providing a grounded, stable feel during weighted pull-ups or aggressive cable crossovers. No bolting to the floor required for standard stability
  • Simultaneous Multi-User Training: The independent dual-pulley system features a 2:1 ratio for smoother cable travel and more precise resistance control. Two people can train at once without cable interference, making it an efficient solution for partner workouts or seamless superset transitions

Solid unit!
Color: Khaki Style: F22 (with Bench Elite BK & 230LB & 7ft Bar)
Review Image by Isaac T.
This is an amazing all in one setup for a home gym. Has a nice variety of different exercises I can do which is exactly what I was looking for due to limited space in my basement. I am 6’6” tall my ceiling in photo are 7 feet. Need to do something with the light for me to do pull ups but there is just enough room for pull ups. The whole rack itself is very sturdy even when the weights are on the back- no swaying or wobbling. Pulleys are really smooth and quiet too. Just did my first workout and love this thing. I don’t regret buying it. ... show more

I wish I had purchased this earlier. I'm very impressed with the quality considering the price. It took my husband a few hours to put it together, and the design includes thoughtful details. The cables move smoothly, it is well built, and the bench is strong and stable. I did a lot of research on home gym options and kept coming back to this one. I couldn't be more satisfied. ... show more

Great upgrade!
Color: Khaki Style: F22 (with Bench Elite BK & 230LB & 7ft Bar)

I really love this rack. It wasn't difficult to assemble, but I did have to wait for quite a few boxes to show up. The color and quality is amazing. Nothing scratched during assembly. Nothing stripped either. A ratchet set or two can really make the job go by much faster. Definitely listen to the instructions about not over tightening at the beginning. The cross bar in the back is hard to put in if you don't have enough slack. The cables are fantastic addition for workouts. Something I had been missing for a while. Everything so far is durable and seems like it will last a very long time. So far, I'm really enjoying this rack. The included bar and weights are great. I'm incredibly happy with this purchase. ... show more

Extremely happy with purchase

My husband and I are thrilled to have this home gym. We have used it much. It took my husband maybe 5 hours to put together, but it was so worth it. It’s smooth, durable, and good value for the money. The only complaint is the plates come slimy and are a little slick even after wiping down. But other than that, it’s beautiful and we’ve gotten so many compliments. ... show more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Color: Black Style: F22 (with Bench Elite BK & 230LB & 7ft Bar)
I LOVE this. I got the F22 rack with the bar, bench, and weights. I'm on week 21 and look forward to every day on it! Assembly instructions are pretty good. (Though I ended up putting quite a few sections together backwards and having to take them apart and do them correctly. That might be my bad. I often mix up my right and left directions. But, just pay attention.) The rack is stable and strong. It's a little short, but you get used to curling up your legs for pullups and dips pretty quickly. The 35lb and esp. 45lb rubber plates are thick/wide. I added some traditional "Standard" iron plates so I can get more of them on the cable horns for seated rows and lat pulldowns. Having it in my garage, I NEVER miss gym day. NOT HAVING TO DRIVE TO THE GYM MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD!!! The pullup grips are fantastic. The dip handles are very hard - I wear gloves for padding. The cables are smooth and steady. The weights ride up and down easily. I ultimately removed the landmine - didn't use it, found it in the way. I bought the leg holder to do lat pulldowns - that's just okay. Does what it's supppsed to, but it's clunky/inelegant. ... show more

Great product, generally happy and agreed with other sentiments here.
Color: Khaki Style: F22 (with Bench Elite BK & 230LB & 7ft Bar)
Very happy so far - the other reviews here were pretty spot on and had researched this and other racks/cages extensively to find something that would work in our garage's low ceiling (only 88" to work with and this fit fine). Solid build quality, stable, smooth cable action, comparable with commercial gyms. Would recommend to anyone. ... show more

Obsessed, but…..
Color: Black Style: F22 (with Bench Elite BK & 230LB & 7ft Bar)
We did have to change the location of the weight. It’s supposed to hold the weight on the back, but that’s inconvenient for a garage space. We built a separate holder for the weight. Cables, slide well, weights and bar are great (good spin), a lot of variety. Doesn’t come with ALL the attachments in advertises in the video (leg curls seat, and no tricep rope pull down) so we bought that unexpectedly. ... show more

Minor hiccups with delivery but Major Fitness was super responsive and got everything handled quickly. Once I got all the boxes, assembly was a breeze. You might need about 5 total minutes of help from someone else but you can do everything on your own. The build quality is great! Definitely worth it. Just for the customer service alone I'll be looking at Major Fitness first for any future home gym needs. Keep up the great work, folks! ... show more
