It fits in our garage. It offers a lot of different exercises. We probably will purchase the leg extension down the road. Note the package comes in 3 boxes, which may come in different deliveries over a couple of days. We are happy with it. Note, we used lithium grease on one side of the weights as the right side was "sticky" and made cable work uneven, but greasing the poles seemed to fix that.

Not bad, I felt like I'd been catfished when the F17 came out soon after I bought this unit. The 17 fixes all the shortcomings of this model. Granted, it's more than twice the money though, so. The F22 performs well, I dislike the 2:1 ratio on the cables. Some of the other things I dislike, like the height of the cable at the top, can be fixed with add-ons. The add-ons are pretty pricey for what you're getting though, in my honest opinion. You do have options for customizing at least, just no fixing the 2:1 cable ratio so far.

Giving 5 stars because the customer service went above and beyond to help us with concerns. They were quick to respond and make things right. They are truly happy to assist with anything, and really seem like they care about their customers. Machine was fairly easy to assemble, took a few evenings after work to put together. We initially had a damaged piece and customer service was so quick to assist us! It’s been great for us, and is super sturdy for our home gym. We are lifetime major fitness customers after the interactions we’ve had with customer service.

I’ve been using this system for a couple of months, and here’s my feedback: 1. Installation The cable machine arrived in three packages, with all parts clearly labeled and bolts shrink-wrapped for easy organization. The instructions are straightforward, but YouTube videos can be especially helpful. The setup took around four hours, and I found it helpful to have someone assist with holding parts in place during assembly. 2. Pulleys and Operation The default nylon pulleys work well. I later upgraded to aluminum pulleys, which made everything run silky-smooth. Each of the two independent pulley systems has a 2:1 ratio and a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs, translating to around 150 lbs of effective resistance. 3. Build Quality The rack is made of 14-gauge steel. It’s not commercial-grade but feels sturdy for home use. Its compact size is a good fit for our upstairs game room. 4. Performance and Convenience This power rack has made it much easier to fit short workouts into my day, which has been very convenient. 5. Customer Service The customer service has been great. Zoe responded quickly to my questions and resolved issues efficiently. Conclusion I’d recommend the F22 for anyone looking to set up a solid home gym. It’s budget friendly, sturdy, space-friendly, and backed by responsive support.

Great overall setup. I’ve been working out since I was 15 always wanted an all in one setup. For me under $1,000 you can’t beat it, good quality for sure. Obviously not as study as something like rouge but probably 1/5 the price and I’m not nervous at all loading over 315lbs on this rack. Super excited about mine and definitely recommend
