I would give one start but the product quality is good and the packaging was very good. However, as you can see in the photos one of the pieces came with the holes in the improper location. I figured not a huge deal, just contact customer support and get a replacement piece shipped out. Major fitness customer support is awful. They don’t answer their phone, EVER. And they DON’T respond to voicemails. They will only communicate through emails and it seems they only respond past 6pm pst. It’s now been a week and my one piece I need still hasn’t even shipped. I sent a follow up email and they told me they are busy so be patient. The quality is very good, but if you need customer support or service. Forget about it. Very bummed.

Looks like the issue is had receiving the bench is resolved other than that I built this in about 2 hours no problem it is an amazing machine so smooth definitely a must have when building a home gym. Especially the cables

Very solid affordable home gym set up. Assembly was a bit challenging, the building directions could be a bit more clear. I almost quit at one point but it turned out I had the back posts flipped backwards. Using it has been great, the pulley system is pretty good, using the 1:1 ration gets a bit challenging because the clip has to be aligned correctly. The smith machine works well. The attachments are a bit cheaply made, I’d like to replace those eventually and the attachment to make it into a lat pull down is a bit challenging to align correctly. Overall, I’d recommend this machine to anyone.

This was really easy to put together. If you’ve built basically anything before it won’t be an issue. The instructions are better than what I would say others have said and everything is labeled well. The 2:1 and 1:1 function works well. The smith machine aspect feels natural like anything else I’ve used at a gym. Honestly this was a great buy couldn’t be happier. Doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Well constructed with the 1:1 &2:1 it's versatile. Only issue I have is ..wish the pulleys were on a mono swivel frame so it be possible to use them on the 1:1 version towards the center of the uprights
