After using this product (SHAMPOO) on my shoulder length, manageable thick/healthy hair three x's, I like everything about it, Scalp feels so clean, Hair has a shiny appearance, I do feel some softness which remains compared to other products I have tried. Most x's, when using products while showering, my hair always feel super soft (SOFT WATER) but when water is not being applied, hair does not feel as soft. This product is better then others for remaining softness. I found that the (CONDITIONER) is too heavy for my hair. The bottles are smaller and look cheaper. The price should be lower. It makes me wonder if you are cutting cost on bottles and labels are you also cutting on the ingredients. We will find out on the results
