We had this over a year now and it's survived the winds of both Bulkhead City and Yuma AZ (iykyk) - easy 60 plus gusts. It's still standing and going good. Of course it is secured to the ground well. I do see pin holes in the fabric, so not sure how waterproof it is at this point, but that isn't an issue for us. As a tip, my husband put a tarp down on the rocks before setting the tent on it and also laid cardboard down on the inside floor. We weren't sure how the floor would withstand being on the rocks with usage. Floor is perfect. I recommend this tent for your bikes, we keep 2 trikes in it and I love having a door on 2 different sides.

The Bike Tent seems to be well made. It has passed the rain test. It assembles relatively easily (the strong wind we were fighting might have affected that). The tent was tied with what appears to be scrap material to keep it rolled tightly to fit in the bag. That material was disappointing. The bag's draw string is basically damaged beyond being useable.

UPDATE! One year later and still 5 stars!! I live in Southern CA, with a lot of sun and a decent amount of rain and wind and this tent has held up. It faded but still is in good condition, I am here to buy a 2nd one for our e-bike! Wow! I was able to put it together myself, note to self, go slow so you do not rip the fabric. It’s not super strong but not cheap either, but I can see how someone could rip it while putting it together too fast. I got the 2-bike tent in hopes I could fit 3 and got 3 normal size Beach cruisers inside! Perfect for freeing up more room in my garage. I like how it’s completely sealed from bugs, spiders and dust/dirt. Zips closed tightly and the window has very strong Velcro around it. Great value for the price.

I purchased this tent in June 2025. At first, I wasn’t impressed—mainly because of the window opening and I thought this tent was flimsy. I live in Florida, where we get heavy rain, and I was concerned about whether the inside would stay dry. Unfortunately, my concern was valid. The inside does not stay dry during rain and this tent is not sturdy, even with items inside. Around 5–6 months after purchase, the fabric began to fade and parts of the frame started to rust. That wasn’t a huge issue for me at the time. However, about 8 months in, the tent developed two rips. I reached out to the seller to ask about a warranty. They asked me to send photos of the tent’s condition, which I did, thinking they might help. After reviewing the photos, they informed me the warranty is only valid for 6 months and that my tent was out of coverage. It was frustrating to go through the process of sending photos and explaining the situation when they already knew it was outside the warranty period. I wasn’t very impressed with this tent from the beginning, but I decided to give it a chance since I only needed it to store my kids’ bikes. Unfortunately, it hasn’t held up well over time.

Nice product for the price! Note: Pins to hold down the tent are weak and the wind might take it away. I recommend buying some good ones that are a bit stronger and durable to hold down the tent. I am happy with this purchase.

UPDATE: 11/21/24 The company reached out to me from this review, and very kindly offered me a refund. This was very considerate of them, as by now we’ve had 2 poles actually break and we need to repurchase one to hold our outside camping items. It just works so well, it even fits our comparing chairs and small tables. We e had a bit of rain and it’s helped keep things dry on top of it. Up from 1 star to 3 due to customer service!! We purchased this for our full time camping adventures, after seeing so many RVers recommend them!! While is was an excellent price and we liked the black color (most we found were green) it simply isn’t holding up for us…we move campsites every three or four weeks, and after the first break down and set up the poles were starting to splinter. The pole ends also started coming through the tent material as well as they were fed through. We’ve tent camped for 50+ years so we know how to set up a tent…and setting this up should NOT take 15 minutes. Set up and break down is a PAIN in the derrière. Not a well designed bike tent at all. Keep shopping, this is not worth the money. I can’t imagine how fast this would fall apart if we were actually wheeling bikes in and out of it. Everything we have in there is stationary until we head again.

The media could not be loaded. This bike tent says that it is water proof and it just so happens the day after I put it up we got about 2 straight days of pouring rain here in FL so it was great test.
I still had the tent empty so it would have been easy to spot any wet areas and to my relief, there was no water inside the tent.
The tent is quite spacious. I was able to put 2 adult bikes, an outdoor canopy, beach umbrella, a couple of outdoor chairs, a wagon, air pumps, as well as some other loose items LIKES: Easy to setup Very Spacious Waterproof. stay dry under FL rains DISLIKES: Zipper gets stuck on the bottom portion
