Weld splatter on a hole and misalignment with mounting plate to chair base during ass’y showed me quality control is lacking. For certain one of the 4 screws is now stripped. Cool. Do not buy this for comfort! I don’t recommend at any level of use. I’m 6’ 300lbs. That doesn’t matter, as the lumbar support missed the mark- the support is between the shoulder blades. Feels like a horribly placed large fist of torture between the shoulders. I wanted to take naps at break on this turd. It’s gonna be terrible. I might make a chiropractor appointment before my first use, I’m certain this chair will adjust my back for me. The leg rest is weak, I feel the stress and direction of failure on it already, it won’t last. Reclined flat there is zero support on the lower back. A large gap at lumbar is created as your shoulders are elevated uncomfortably by the camel’s hump and my legs are dipping down on the weak pad of under engineering. I looks nice. It looks soft. Don’t judge a book (or chair) by its cover. This was designed to be crafted as cheap as possible. I wonder if anyone anywhere said “hey, wow, this really is nice! I paid how much? Wow, I would have paid that and maybe even double!” I would gladly pay hundreds more for a long lasting, comfy, quality chair. This is clearly not it. Did I mention it’s horribly uncomfortable? Vary nice chair with extra built-in massager powered by usb. Installation was straight forward only taking roughly 10 minutes. The accessories are nicely provided in a separate bag with well described instruction making assembling the chair effortlessly. Right before writing this review, I have this chair for over week, and there is nothing bad to say about it. The cushion is comfortable, and thanks to the big size of this chair, my back is well supported and rarely feel tired even after whole day’s work at home. Because of the pandemic, over 80% of my time was spent on the chair. So I did enjoy a lot of time with this chair. I was very excited about receiving this chair! I put it together it was not long before I realized that I had wasted my money on a piece of crap. First, the chair arms have too much play in them. When resting your arms, they seem like they are going to break off. I'm way less than the recommended weight limit for this chair and when I lean back, it sounds like it's breaking and it makes so much noise, the whole house could hear when I move. The USB given to plugin for the vibration is a joke. It's too short to rotate your chair. The footrest is a great feature, but when resting your feet on it, it seems like it going to break off. I like that it folds up under the chair when not in use. When sitting in the seat, it feels like I'm leaning forward and there is no way to adjust this. I have never been as sorry as I am for purchasing this chair. I HATE IT. I wish they would come and get it out of my house since I'm back to using the old chair that I had hoped to replace it with ... show more

    • Already has fallen apart after 3 months.

Chair seemed alright at first. I do work from home and often I'm at my desk for 12+ hours a day, but this chair has started falling apart so quickly. Slightly putting weight on the armrest while reaching over to grab some paperwork made the top part of the arm rest snap off... I don't use the armrests often, so Not the biggest deal in the world. Just took the armrests off to not have to bother. Randomly a few days ago, I felt a wobble in the chair. I couldn't lean back against the chair at all without it feeling like it's going to crumble behind me. Turns out some of the welding around the metal base has completely snapped apart. I have back problems and need to be able to lean back in my chair to help support it. Disappointed but somehow not surprised with how the price of this chair was. Overall, was an okay chair for a few months. Might be better for someone who isn't going to be constantly using it. But, if you're an at home worker who uses your work space a lot, try to use your money elsewhere. ... show more

The chair is not 100% bad. The goods things are. 1) Easy to assemble. 2) Good documentation on assembling, except for the washers I had leftover and never seen listed in the assembly instructions. 3) Comfortable and massager is nice. - See warning below. The bad things. 1) The Faux leather material seems cheap, and I think it will rip soon. But, unfortunately, it also has an unpleasant smell. 2) The bottom base of the chair is 100% plastic. I skipped buying other chairs for this reason, as many reviewers show that they can snap. If it snaps, it can cause you to fall and get hurt. I guess this is just modern build quality these days. When I brought this, I did not realize it was also made of plastic on this chair. 3) The part that attaches the back and seat is also plastic. So this chair has generally cheap build quality. I don't see this lasting more than a couple of years. 4) Bad Neck/Head support. Word of warning the USB massage wire is very short and thin. It gets caught on the wheels and breaks very easily. Mine broke in 2 days. So a word of caution if you are going to use the massager buy a cheap USB extension to extend it and do not leave it hanging where the wire is placed. Instead, run it through the seat and use a USB extension from there. This happened very quickly for me and I tried to be really careful but before my extension came it broke. ... show more
