I absolutely LOVE my fireplace/heater. It has literally upgraded my living room with a luxurious vibe. I love the serene and peaceful ambience it provides. I found out the remote control has a longer range of operation than I had orig thought. Love that i can use the remote from across the room. I do have to say though that it took forever to put it together. The written instructions & video were no help. The screws to secure the glass were extremely hard to access. The holes to attach the legs were covered by an adhesive label which took me forever to realize. The delivery person delivered it at nite, no notification at all, left it outside of my gate propped up vertically against the gate right in public view and accessible to anyone passing by. I didn't even realize it was there until the next afternoon when i decided to run an errand. I was furious. How unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude!!😡 it was nothing short of a miracle that it wasn't stolen. But after all was said and done, I'm extremely happy with it. ... show more

Love this fireplace!! The multiple color and flame choices, gives off really good heat, perfect for having a pet. Still struggling a bit with navigate the remote, but other than that; this item was a slam dunk!!!!

I purchased this for my remodeled basement the led lights worked one time. Buttons were had to be pressed pretty hard for at least one second.. however, the second time I turned it on the led lights no longer worked.. I took the entire thing apart to make sure all of the wires were connected. Offered 1/3 of the price to keep it as is. Pointless! Compatible to a small space heater. Upset.
