I have a Remarkable 2 and I haven’t lost the original pen… at least not yet… but it will happen. Either that or my dog will find it and use it as a chew toy. And do you know what they charge for the replacement pens? Let me tell you… $79 for the regular pen and $129 for the fancy one. That’s too much. So when I saw that there is an affordable option, I jumped right on it. Most importantly, it works just the same as the original. The tips that come in the Ciscle pen are a bit finer point (they’ll probably become wider as they wear down, just like the Remarkable points do), but if you prefer a wider line, you can always adjust the thickness in the Remarkable settings. The pen shaft is a smooth plastic. I prefer the less smooth feel of the original, but really it isn’t a big deal. This one is black so it won’t discolor like the originals, and that is a plus. There is an eraser button but I’m not sure my device is coded to use that. My original pen doesn’t have an eraser at all and I’ve never found that to be an issue since there are other ways to erase. There is also a “customizable button” on the side. I don’t know what to do with that so maybe I’ll try to figure out how to set that up and how to use the eraser on a day when there is nothing else to do (ha!). The pen does have a magnet - it seems a smidge weaker than the original, but my case has an elastic pen pocket so i usually use that anyway. The pen comes with one tip loaded and five spares. The package insert says that the Ciscle tips are not compatible with the original Remarkable pens. True - I checked. I also tested Remarkable tips in the Ciscle pen and that was also a ‘no-go.’ So, it will be necessary to buy the compatible tips at some point in the future. That said, if the price of the pen is any indication, the price of the tips may also be better than the brand name tips. Overall this is a winner… I no longer need to panic when I can’t remember where I left my Remarkable pens… I’m good to go with the Ciscle. Five stars all the way! ... show more

This pen works pretty well. It's small and about the same size of my original tab s9 fe pen. It has the side button. The pressure sensitivity is great. The eraser is also phenomenal and has pressure sensitivity too! I love the way it works. The pen is kinda flimsy, but it is a small pen. I prefer the larger pens with a little more weight to them. The $29.99 price tag is ok in my opinion. It would be a lot better if the pen was a little sturdier in the mid section. it works awesomely however. ... show more

I can’t say a lot about this item because, as the title says, it’s not compatible with my tablet, so I have zero insight into its functionality. However, I did purchase this based on the graphic that listed “Galaxy Tab A Plus” as one of the compatible models…so I assumed that included my A9+. That, however, was a bad assumption. I’ll take 80% of the blame for not researching this further, but I gotta remove one star (20%) for the vague “Galaxy Tab A Plus” reference mentioned above. ... show more
