I bought the XL version. It came in a small box...I was surprised how much was in this tiny box... well done... "Assembly": it is hard to call it "Assembly" ... because it was so much simpler than "Assembly"... you simply slipped small poles into a sleeve... I like that kind of simplicity.... Well done I am 6ft, 230 lbs, and I can easily get in up to my neck above my shoulders comfortably.... dunking my head is difficult... I would like to have had it three inches taller. The bottom is slightly padded which is actually fairly important for getting in and also for sitting. It holds A Lot of water... so you need to have access to lots of ice (depending upon your climate ... i have it outside on a porch in a Gulf of Mexico climate). I used 8 one gallon ice blocks from my freezer to start (water out of tap was 82 degrees). I used some six quart storage containers from walmart to make the ice and probably put about 4 quarts of water in each container and then put that in freezer overnight... The lone problem so far: The rim is supposed to be air filled... but it does not hold the air for more than a few minutes.... so I blow the rim up each time before using it (at 20 to 25 seconds). That is why I give a 4/5 instead of 5/5. If I remember, I will write another review after a few weeks or months.

I bought a different brand of one of these tub things years ago back when things were still made pretty well. It sprung a leak a few months ago. Let me tell you I had to order five different ones to get one of good quality, and this was the keeper. I wanted a deep tub for soaking with (hot) water, most of the ones they make today are very short, and have poor support. This one was great. Is it more pricey than some? Yeah, but you get what you pay for. Really the only way to improve this thing would be to make the supports metal but I don't think it's necessary, they use really strong PVC piping. For reference, I am 5'9'', 25BMI, and it could fit two of me comfortably, three of me if we wanted to cuddle a bit. The water will reach my neck when I am sitting if I choose to fill it up to the top. Pure bliss.

I was excited to use this cold pod regularly, planning to sanitize the water with chlorine and get multiple uses. But after just 6 uses, it started leaking from the bottom. Now I have to drain it immediately after every use to avoid a mess on the floor. This completely defeats the purpose of having a cold pod. I haven’t misused it at all, and for the price, I expected better quality. The return window is closed and can't get rid of t.

Works great but wish it wasn't black, it warms up quickly, and the sides won't stay up. We clean it every 3-4 days, and use daily for 2 people. Even in mild spring weather if the sun hits it, it warms quickly. I wish we would've gotten the US brand that has a silver inner lining (and 2 ports foe the option of the water cooler/circulator). Aside from that, the top sides are falling. The sides are sturdy, but that part that is blown up around the tope edge, it is flipping out, making it nearly impossible to get the cover on it. This alone makes me say I wouldn't purchase it again. For $150, it should hold up better. Again, we purchased in March of 2024 and I am writing this review in May 2024. Update: the toppling top rail has caused a crease in the lining and now a Crack. The top won't stay inflated due to a hole in a spot that cannot be patched. Also, without the top ring, the cover easily blows off. Update again: I took a chance and reached out to the company. They were fast, efficient, and beyond helpful. Although this seems to be a known issue, their customer service is worthy of awards.

Easy to set up and well built. This pod is sturdy for its intended purpose, I'm sure if you abuse it, it wouldn't last as long. Maintains temperature really well and the cover is great. I have already drained and moved it once and it was super easy to move. I'm 6'0" and this larger size fits me perfectly, I can sit all the way down and it gets up to my shoulders. I don't know if the smaller size would have fit as well. Overall, very happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend!
