This is a fun math and fine motor activity in my preK classroom. However, the balls easily get lodged together and it takes some rigorous shaking to dislodge them. The kids get frustrated with it easily and give up, and the plastic front has some significant scratching after only a couple month's time.

I bought this for my friend’s daughter. Shes 3 1/2 and when I first gave it to her, it kept her busy for a half hour! My friend says it’s easy to pack as it’s lightweight and there’s not a million pieces. The magnetic pen is attached so that’s definitely a plus. Definitely happy with this product!

The magnetic pen works well for moving the brightly colored balls (eggs) to their baskets. This is fun to play with and a great toy for teaching colors, counting and basic math skills. Small and light enough for little hands, or for traveling. And durable if dropped. I can recommend this toy.
