I purchased this supplement after reading about the different types of magnesium supplements and how your body processes them. I purchased this one after researching, because it has Magnesium bisglycinate which is supposed to have a better absorption rate and less GI discomfort. I take this at night to help me fall asleep. I love that it has Sensoril Ashwagandha in it, but I just wish it had more then 25mg. Besides that, the only other thing that I don’t love is the size of the pill. I didn’t realize how big they really were. I know that can be a deterrent for some people, but if you are okay with that it’s been a great product so far. They're not hard to swallow - I take 2 at a time. Insert 2 pills, fill mouth with water....and swallow. Doing this for 2 months. Biggest noticeable difference I see is regular BMs. Not diarrhea, but healthy fulfilling BMs. That, in and of itself, is enough for me. Am happy to switch to this brand as I use some of their other items. I feel like this is very gentle and effective as a Mg, only recently talked about more as particularly important for general functions and sleep. It helps with some of my muscle cramping so I am very happy.

This one pill a day is amazing. I Have been taking this for maybe 2 weeks, and realized I have been experiencing TOO MUCH magnesium, my body is starting to experience side effects. This is a very efficient product, make sure you need it before you dive in. This is almost (depending on your anatomy) a full days worth, in one pill. I have recommended this product to so many of my friends and coworkers. It improved my sleep, stress, and overall health. I would highly suggest at least trying the product for a month to see if it benefits you. I felt the affects of the ashwagandha immediately, but it took about a month to see the affects from the magnesium. This included the amount of hair fallout that I was experiencing.
