Honestly not to sound like a cliche but I’ve tried quite a few different magnesium supplements and this is by far my favorite one because it works very well. I like to take it in the evenings with my decaf tea and it gets me relaxed just before I get ready to hit the hay for the day!

Like my title says, these really helped us sleep but the hangover (grogginess without the sickness lol) the next morning is intense so I can't use it. Maybe I need a lower dose? I prefer this brand of supplements but these are not for me or my elderly mom.

I’ve been taking these for several months now. I can definitely tell a difference in my sleep. Longer deeper sleep patterns and more vivid dreams and I can tell a difference in my overall mood and energy levels during the day. Pill is a tad larger than I’d like it to be but it’s not awful.
