I definitely notice a difference in my sleep and mood when taking these. I stopped taking for a couple weeks because it is recommended to cycle ashwaganda. I've been using this for about a week now, and this is the first supplement I have tried aside from Benadryl and Melatonin that truly does help me sleep. It hits different than Benadryl or Melatonin in that it's a more subtle calming feeling as opposed to the tranquilizing effects of other sleep aids. It works but it caused me digestive discomfort. I ended up in the bathroom every time so I had to stop taking them. It was probably the ashwa g which is a common side effect.
