Easy to swallow! I have trouble swallowing the large capsule and don’t like the gummies bc they start to taste gross. Perfect size soft gels. I take 2 a day and they make a difference in leg cramping and mood. Would buy again and have already set up as a monthly subscription.

I would give it zero if I could. I bought these one other time and they smelled horrible and tasted horrible. Made me burp and belch. And I just threw them out. Now I have accidentally ordered them again and did not realize it until I swallowed one last night. No other supplements taste like this or smell like this what is going on?

child's doctor recommended magnesium glycinate for vestibular migraines. I like that she can take one capsule instead of 2-3 capsules each night and they seem to be helping her.
