I was excited to get this and get it put together. It took over 2 hours to assemble and although the instructions were carefully followed, the doors do not all fit to open and close properly. Some of the doors are scratched and cracked. The plastic of the doors, walls, sides, etc. is extremely thin. As we got to the top, we realized that much of the top frame would only go on crooked and the doors were even more of a problem. I tried to order replacement doors and frame pieces that weren't warped for the top and Amazon couldn't help. This is a private company's items. Amazon tried to find a customer service contact information and they said the seller had none. Not sure why Amazon is selling items that they have no contact information for. The only way to get a refund is to take the whole thing apart and ship it back. I will just be using the bottom that we were able to get together and hoping it lasts despite it being VERY thin and flimsy material. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE this item knowing what I now know. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I hired a task rabbit to put this together bc once I opened the box, I knew I didn’t want to be bothered. Took him about an hour and I’m glad I purchased. You need to make sure you actually hammer the connectors. Boots should go on the bottom so it’s sturdy. Mine does not budge at all or feel flimsy. ... show more
