TLDR; is at the bottom, but I will be hurt and offended if you skip straight to it. This is the wand you all know, they had a rebranding in the name but it's still the Hitachi motor and parts. The Vibratex is the manufacturer now and they also distribute, but use a different company to distribute in different countries/areas, don't be discouraged by only seeing the name "Original Magic Wand". ***Important info*** This product is intense. It can be loud, it is wireless, rechargeable, and waterproof. It also has a 20 minute runtime before it will shut down for a small break, which is a mechanism designed to protect the stress of motor's big ask on the battery. This motor absolutely shutters the soul at full power so I can understand the stress it puts the battery under. Plan accordingly if looking for longer sessions. If you want a quick fix (and this can definitely do it) then the 20 minute time is more than generous. We're busy ladies, this can well fit into a coffee break at home. Or the car. **My personal tip for managing the shutdown, rotate between other devices to mix up the routine. I usually shut it down about 15 mins in for a few to focus on other areas. When alone, that mean helping other areas keep worked up, when with my partner, that means working her up. *************** Now for the actual review************* This is THE magic wand. It will make you feel like a witch/wizard and you will believe in the arcane after using this product. ----- The Touch, The Vibe, The Loud Life of the Party ----- The silicone head is PERFECT and very forgiving to use on tender skin and bits, it doesn't stretch your skin uncomfortably when (if by some chaos of the universe) areas run dry. This being the waterproof version means you can be liberal with lubricant or even play submerged in the bathtub, shower, hot tub, pool, in the back of a truck in a vacant lot in the middle on the rain, I won't judge you and this wand won't quit the magic just because you're DJ'ing in a downpour. Just remember to mind the little blue plug cap it comes with to insure it's protection from the elements. This wand has 4 settings and 4 vibration modes. The vibration on setting 1 is the time I will ever describe anything about this wand as mild. Then the vibration becomes STRONG at the first uptick, more intense than even the previous models and at 4 vibes harder than even my corded previous model, so don't fear that it will not match or exceed corded ones. With the 4 speeds, there is likely something for everyone and the speed is able to be increased fairly quickly. The pattern modes are neat and will suit some people. This size of this is wand is considerable. Holding this in my hand, sometimes I feel like it should be called a Magic Staff. It's heavy, with most of the weight being fairly balanced throught the body of it. It's is weighty but personally, I find the weight helps to keep it in position when in use, especially when above me and gravity is playing assist. Less having to shove against the spot and more working to control WERE I need it to be. As for the noise this, this O-Slinger can be loud. The first setting isn't bad, but still loud enough that you will need a pillow to muffle. Setting 2 will say to hell with silence, 3 will ask what silence ever was, and 4 may have a construction crew showing up because they heard the call of heavy machinery at work. This product is not subtle. You don't ask a bull to sneak up to a rabbit, and you don't ask this magic wand to cast anything but EARTHQUAKE and EXPLOSION. But that's okay, we're here for earthquakes and explosions. ----- Magic has a cost ----- I know I love this product. I think YOU will love this product. But I also know that it is expensive, when compared to a $20 vibe that can help get the job done quickly. I totally get it. What I love about this product is it can do that job, but the heavy jobs, too. It can do hard work, vibrations that work into your soul, and damned be all be used as an actual massager! Working the kinks from your shoulders or hips with how strong these vibrations are is pretty impressive. But even so, the OG price for this is something like $180-$190 is. And that ain't cheap. It's an investment. An investment into the 15th letter. ----- Why it should be 4.5 stars instead of 5 but I rounded up anyway----- I will try to explain my main complaint with this product as easily as I can. Let. Me. Charge. And. Use. Some of the old products could. The rechargeable could, this one? Nuh-uh. Turns off the instant you plug it in, charged or not. I assume this is because it's the Waterproof version and it's to prevent people from trying to charge it while it's still submerged. But even so, I am a grown ass woman. I know how this works and how to be responsible with my investments. In my opinion I should be able charge and use, and Hitachi should just make an extra warning on the box, booklet, and on the end near the plug saying "any exposure to liquids when charging can damage the device" and let me move on with my bad self. To be fair though, the battery does last a couple hours of use, so it's not the worst problem in the world. Overall, I am very satisfied with the magic this wand makes, the magic it casts on me and my partner, and the power it produces. *****TLDR***** (For you skippers) This wand is 4 speeds (very) strong, 4 modes clever. It's heavy, but the weight helps hold in place on you vs the vibration. The head is incredibly soft and kind to even dry skin. You can't charge while in use, but the battery lasts at least 2 hours. It auto shuts off after 20 mins of use to protect the battery. Low CD period. It's expensive but worth every penny.

Do not buy the waterproof massager if you are looking for battery longevity. At the level 4, highest setting, it only lasts for 15 minutes MAX. AND you can’t use it whilst it’s charging. This was a waste of money. I’ve had other models that lasted much longer than this. Im out $200

I'm not sure if mine is defective, but the jump from setting 1 to 2 is WAY too high. None of the pattern settings are usable bc of the intensity level (it can't be adjusted only the pattern can) I was very excited to own a Magic Wand but it's honestly not worth the money!

Product is great but no replacement charger for the waterproof model. There is no replacement charger for the waterproof model anywhere and it's a proprietary connector. Nothing available on Amazon, nothing available on their website. I even tried contacting support and got no response.
