Do not buy the waterproof massager if you are looking for battery longevity. At the level 4, highest setting, it only lasts for 15 minutes MAX. AND you can’t use it whilst it’s charging. This was a waste of money. I’ve had other models that lasted much longer than this. Im out $200

I'm not sure if mine is defective, but the jump from setting 1 to 2 is WAY too high. None of the pattern settings are usable bc of the intensity level (it can't be adjusted only the pattern can) I was very excited to own a Magic Wand but it's honestly not worth the money!

Product is great but no replacement charger for the waterproof model. There is no replacement charger for the waterproof model anywhere and it's a proprietary connector. Nothing available on Amazon, nothing available on their website. I even tried contacting support and got no response.

I didn't enjoy this product at all. The motor was HORRIBLY loud and frankly didn't move enough (very big head that essentially stays still while the rest moves because the motor is not stronge enough). The only good thing about this product is the attachment: it has a seperate control so you are able to use it without turning on the other. I would not recommend.
