This is the second one I had buy the first one my wife loves it and this second one my friend was talking about it and I told her ill get her one if she once one cause my wife is happy with it and happy wife happy life and I get to have more fun with her too lol

I bought one of these because I really liked the 2 but I hated the charge port on it, I love the app, I love the functionality, I love the customer service. Two months after getting it I think, the motor just stops running. It connects to the app, it flashes to show that it's running, it's just lost connectivity because the wire in the tail between the control buttons and the motor was way too rigid and broke from simple insertion and removal. I contact customer service, they're great, super simple, they send me a new one. I've been using this one for a week, being extremely careful to not have a repeat, and literally all it took was one night of using totally toy safe lubricant that it made my hand slip up just high enough that pulling from there seems to have broken the wire on this one! And I'm not talking pulling from the very tip of the tail, like if your hand slips too close to the U curve it breaks. This was not a problem I ever had to worry about with the Lush 2, I have no idea who thought this was a good design decision. Even if they wanted to make the silicone more rigid through the tail, don't tie that rigidity to the control wire! But the product warranty only covers replacements and I don't want another replacement that's going to end up in the garbage in a matter of months or even days, so I don't really want to send in another customer service request. It's just a massive letdown and a huge waste of money. I really hope they don't try to carry this sort of poor design forward to their other products. Update: In response to this review I got sent a second replacement, and despite going to the effort to figure out how to remove it by pushing it out rather than pulling anything, the tail is already starting to bend and the motor has disconnected on me once, though with some gentle bending I was able to get it to reconnect for now. I don't even know how it's twisting at this point other than just like not being suitable for the human body or something? Because I'm pretty average shaped as far as I'm aware. Or maybe the bullet of it just naturally twists some during activities and it can't handle it? Weird, obnoxious, and disappointing.

Bought this for my wife to spice up the sex life while I’m at work and she’s a stay at home mom. I’m able to surprise her during the day and teases her when I get free or down time at work. I love how I have full control to get her all worked up. We have only used it once but she’s already asking for more. An let me tell you even being in control really gets me going as well makes me want to come home faster so that I can ravish her letter after teasing her all day. Just out of using it for one day I’ve made her come 3 times through out the day. Really makes us feel alive again trying new things with the wife. I would say this is a Best Buy so far can’t wait to have her try it on a date night when I take her out to dinner at or to the movies. She does say though it’s not as quiet as the add says it is. If you in a quiet room with not a lot of background noise ppl are going to look and think your phones going off or something that’s on vibrate. But hey got to spice up the sex life how ever you can each to their own.

Disclaimer: this is my third Lush, and a forth is (hopefully) in my future. I took two stars off for the charging frustrations and the price vs quality on THIS UNIT only. My Lush would have gotten five stars all day, every day, but after about 9-10 months using and charging the Lush nearly daily, its charging connections became so delicate that it could take minutes just getting the connectors to stay in place. I would literally tip-toe backwards away once the antenna light stayed on for more than 10 seconds! Irritating, but the Lush was a toy I had been using (nearly) daily for 2+ years, and so tip toe I did, for months! Then it stopped charging altogether about four months ago, and so I decided to try the WeVibe version. And I haven’t had any issues with it charging…because I’ve barely used it. The Lovense app is more feature-filled, and the remote control link is a life changer! So 🤞 there’s a warranty…or sale!!!
