  • Does what they are suppose to do
Color: Black
Looks pretty in your empty memory slots, bought the 32GB kit 16GBx16GB and bought this set to fill in the slots as I don't see ever needing anymore then 32GB for this computer. Maybe in 5 to 10 years but now I highly doubt it. Looks good and works well through the software. Also don't follow the one user review here about putting them in slot 1 and 4. Use in either 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. You would lose your Dual channel memory setup doing it that way. Just read your motherboard manual on where you should be putting your memory. I agree this is kind of pricey for just RGB. I think $24.99 would be more appropriate. One star off for the price. ... show more

  • Great way to finish your RGB Build without unnecessary cost!
Color: Black
I have 16GB of the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM and really wanted to fit my 4 slots out without but didn't really need or want to pay for another 16GB. Then along came this product and bam. 4 beautiful slots filled and my case lights up like Christmas.

  • Awesome way to fill empty dimm slots, but a little pricey if you ask me
Color: Black
This is an awesome product by corsair. If you have 4 ram slots and only have or plan on occupying 2 slots, this is a perfect add on for you. I was able to add RGB capabilities in all 4 dimm slots without technically buying 4-3200mhz vengeance ram sticks. This gave me 2 sticks of RGB only vengeance sticks to add to my 2- 16 GB, 3200mhz in total 4 to completely fill the dimm slots which in return looks amazing. I didn't like the look of 2 ram stick layout as the gap looked funny to me yet didn't want to spend the money on 2 more ram sticks. This gave me what I wanted for a lower price. Looks awesome btw. One thing I disliked about the product was the price. $40 seems a little steep for just RGB especially when the real ram sticks aren't very much more. I'm still debating on whether or not to just buy 2 more ram sticks. 2 more 8gb 3200mhz sticks I have found as low as $90 so just RGB for half the price seems a little high if you ask me. Other than that I love the product. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. ... show more

  • Fake it til you make it
Color: White
So I'm writing this review in conjunction with the dummy cards that look the same but are just LED's. Something to note, if you are doing like I did with a 4 slot MOBO, put the cards with the actual memory in the first and last slot. I had an issue where only the cards with memory were being recognized by ICUE. After shuffling them into this configuration, they were all recognized and now work flwalessly. There is a little lag time between changing the RGB settings and physically seeing them, but its not unreasonable. All in all, they look and work great. I currently have 2 cards with 16GB memory each, and these are great placeholders until I feel the need to upgrade further. Plus they match their real memory counterparts perfectly. ... show more

The RGB on this kit are amazing and the software iCue is easy to use and to utilize for all of your Corsair RGB products. I didnt want empty slot showing on my motherboard and these do not disappoint.

  • Finishes up an rgb build on the fly
Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. Look people, this is not memory and it is made by Corsair so yes you will pay a premium. That said, I have 4 dims on my Asus z490 Prime-a, 2 of which were taken by 32gb of 3600 MHz rated Vengeance RGB ram, you can find the ram here: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-2x16GB-PC4-28800-Optimized/dp/B082DGZJ9C/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=CMW32GX4M2D3600C18&qid=1615220664&sr=8-1 This left me with 2 empty dimms, my ocd kicked in and I was going to purchase another 32gb set of ram, but this would do essentially the same thing I needed for about $160 less; I'll never utilize 64gb of ram anyways. Great purchase and it installed flawlessly, Icue picked it up instantly and synced it with my profile. (Icue is the software that powers all your corsair fans, OC temperature protection and ofc the rgb) I could have taken off a star for value, as it's yet another pricey investment for aesthetics. But if you are here, then you know what Corsair is and why it's a tad more. Been using Corsair for everything religiously for years. Just upgraded my last pc case and power supply both corsair products, both still functional after nearly 11 years. Their build quality is second to none and they take gamers/enthusiasts into consideration when engineering their products. The only Corsair items I do not use are keyboards, mice and anything audio. Although I am thinking about switching from my black widow ultimate to a corsair keyboard, idk tough decision. I've tried the scimitar rgb mouse (they side keys just ride too low to the frame) - I prefer my old school razer naga. They've since gotten out of the speaker system business thank god, and the point is they know their strengths and weaknesses. Their audio looked awesome aesthetically but they could never figure out how to put a quality product out there so they shifted that focus to all their other items which they do a fantastic job at. Are all their products the absolute best spec/performance wise? Not all the time, but their performance is solid and nobody can touch their build quality and aesthetics. Hence the reason I did not take a star back for value, the price is in line with their other RGB components such as fans, light strips and a 3rd party strimer if that's your thing. If your putting the final touches on your build, this should be a no brainer. ... show more

  • Great for aesthetics
Color: Black
If aesthetics is what you are into then Corsair has you covered. If you are a regular user and have OCD to want to fill in your empty ram slots then this is the product for you. I literally was considering just doing an overkill 32GB build but since I was doing it only for aesthetics, these fake/dummy ram sticks (light enhancement kit) fit the bill. ... show more

  • Fast ram. Rgb is good. No issues.
Color: White
I haven’t dealt with a huge amount of ddr4 ram, but from the several sets I’ve worked with, the Corsair vengeance seems to be the best so far. And they look really good too. The RGB is slightly off in the color spectrum from the ll120 RGB fans but it’s not far enough off that it becomes bothersome. Just the lights on the ram seem slightly more vibrant than the fan lights. Thank you and this has been a night with…. The reviews man. ... show more
