it’s power makes me rate it a 4 instead of a 3 because this thing dies in 3-4 months. I’ve bought this twice and it died around the same time. But it worked so well while it’s actually working. The sound isn’t too loud and the vibrations get really intense. I only used the 1st speed most of the time cause the 3rd speed was overwhelming 🤌🏼(in a good way). I do love this thing but the unreliable life span is why i rated it lower and why i will be looking for a new vibrator

My chiropractor made me howl with laughter when she told me to get one of these to "alleviate" a muscle spot on my back that always bugs me and starts throbbing - a nerve is the problem. She said to put this on my chair, (I tape it on the chair) lean back and let it work its magic on getting a nerve to stop sending pain signals. What made me laugh were her comments on using a "sex" toy for chiropractic care - she "tested" it for both purposes, were her words. She said them with a HUGE grin! Seriously tho, I know other people use this vibrator for various "other" reasons. I find it works best for me pummeling those knots along the upper spine and base of the skull.
