Product was shipped in a plastic bag, which could have easily went poorly when dealing with collectible cardboard. But worked out because it was pouring and there were no issues. The box top was already perforated, but was still wrapped in the WOTC shrink wrap. Product came with a box topper card, which alone is worth $10 right now unopened. I open one pack a day as my guilty pleasure for fun and pulled a roaming throne, currently valued at $25, and all the cards added up to about $30, so I know someone isn’t somehow stealing packs and repacking. If you’re into dinos, you’ll love the look of LCI! And if you pull a special cavern of souls, the set will more than pay for itself. ... show more

He had a blast opening these cards. Box came in good condition, nothing was tampered with. I know nothing about Magic so I can't say anything about variety or rarity, sorry.

The cards we got were pretty strong, only got one Jurassic Park themed card out of the pack of 30. (1 every 12 packs the box states but that must of when the boosters were filled and then a random order into the booster boxes.

My husband pulled some great cards from this. He is using them to create more decks for himself. There were a few really amazing commanders for the merfolk and dinosaurs. Great!
