I've been through this same buy process twice now attempting to get all 4 Duskmourn pre-con decks. The replacement process once I had received the wrong package was a breeze first time around, however the same problem has occurred twice now, and not just to me. If you want to attempt to receive all 4 on here, good luck. I didn't want to believe the other reviews based on how this was the official MTG store however they 've really outdone themselves. Not sure what the problem here is directly but you're better off buying off of TCG Player. They will at least guarantee you the product you're buying. WoTC really need to be either checking the integrity of their packages, or just shouldn't have this listing up at all. If you order this expecting all 4, make sure you check the weight of the package. I'm not sure exactly what the package with all 4 decks in it will weigh but my best guess is close to 4 lbs. If it's 1.3 lbs or around there, you can expect you only got one deck. It's like pulling for a winning lottery ticket at this point.

I ordered the bundle for duskmourn and only received the Jumpscare deck (1 out of 4 decks received) . I waited a long time for this product (I preordered it) and it seems WotC sent me the wrong product deliberately because either they are forcing refunds to buy decks in the current price (which is much higher than the preorder price). This is the 2nd time WotC forced me to have a refund for a commander product I waited and ordered for a long time. With the current state of Commander, this may be the last commander product I will buy if WotC doesnt put their act together. I have seen other orders in Amazon with the same issue and just confirms my conclusion of reordering their products on a higher price point.

As soon as I saw the photo on the delivery notification I knew that I was one of the myriad customers who only received one of the four decks ordered. Box was too small, the shipping label shows that it is clearly not heavy enough (1.2 lb compared to the 3.5ish lb listed as the weight in the listing). Picking up the box immediately showed that there was only one deck inside; I could feel that there was just one thing moving around as I tilted the box. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BUNDLE IF YOU ACTUALLY LIKE RECEIVING WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I wanted to share my experience with my preorder of the MTG Duskmourn set, delivered promptly on October 1, 2024 . The seller truly outdid themselves, providing a COMPLETE SET that exceeded my expectations! As I've seen many others lamenting about receiving incomplete boxes, I have to say: you snooze, you lose! Don't Blame the seller that they gave you whatever they had on hand. The Duskmourn set as really given me more ways to strategize my playgroup, and we can't wait to explore the new possibilities it offers. If you're a fellow Magic: The Gathering enthusiast like myself , do yourself a favor and keep an eye out for bundles like these and don’t be the sleep on it type of fellow like some of the negative Nancy’s who got incomplete sets Five stars isn't enough – I'd give this purchase ten stars if I could! The design and art work is incredible really easy to learn and understand as well as tweak and adjust based on whatever strategy you’re looking for in Magic.

At first they only shipped a single deck and I had to wait way too long for them to ship my actual order and from what I have seen I was far from the only one. The product is fine but the service was terrible. Also the foils in the little packs were already Pringles before I had a chance to open them, so Hasbro is still using lower quality cardboard. I have foils from the Invasion block that are still flat but brand new foils are curled.

Firstly, missing 3/4 of my order. Support for Amazon days to contact wizards. Submit a ticket to wizards. Wizards "looks into it" Repeatedly try to reach out to Wizards for resolution with no return communication. Wizards finally comes back and says to get support from Amazon after time frame for support lapses with Amazon. Amazon still directs all support to Wizards. Pretty sure this is just theft at this point. Business dispute class action lawsuit type of occurrence.

So... I'm seeing pretty much the same story by everyone, my package literally just got delivered , box light 1 deck inside. I am attempting to go through WOTC product support page, but... theres no clear way i can find to contest this to get it fixed. While googling WOTC commander pre cons, i saw they also had this problem back in February. Does anyone know how to get this resolved? - - - P.S. Have ordered the full bundles before with no issues, this is a first for me.

I ordered all 4 decks and received only 1, as did many other people it seems. I pre-ordered it, so I had no way of knowing how crummy this product was. I'm not even able to get a replacement, and it was supposed to be a gift to surprise my friends with for game night. I can't imagine how people who ordered all 4 for somebody else's birthday or inportant gift event must feel. Unbelievablely unsatisfactory. Don't waste your money, not time on this absolute scam of a product.
