As cheapskate, I wasn't expecting much. This could not be any better. Learning mouse and key on ps4 Call of duty warzone. This plug and played with no issues. It's not too loud. It's tactile. Space bar is nicely placed. Wrist support does its job, even though it's plastic, feels good. Reliable Performance after 4 6 hour days of intense gaming. Key lettering hasn't rubbed off yet. So far, no downsides at all. Backlight is plenty for seeing the letters in the dark. For the price, I was seriously expecting downsides. If this last more than 6 months than I'll be super impressed. Unless you're getting a fancy keyboard with a joystick, I don't see what else you could ask for in a half keyboard.

Great keyboard for the price, love every feature. Very ergonomic pad for great gaming. I’d say it’s a bit large for small hands, the number 5 and the ESC keys are pretty far away. Anyways I use it for a flight simulator so it’s very comfortable. Only downside is you can’t program the macros for the extra buttons with numbers higher than 5, letters that are not in the keyboard or + and - signs, so if your macros need any of these it won’t work. Great anyways, I’m really enjoying it!

Pros: No Windows key to accidently leave the game in the middle of a fight. Bright illumination Nice texture on WASD keys to keep fingers on correct keys Good feel on key presses and not too noisy. Plug and Play Cons: The colors don't change, so it just stays with a rainbow of one different color per row. (RBGOV) The macro keys are not illuminated. They are backlit, but no light passes through the key. The characters are painted on. The ALT key is further left (below the Z and X keys) than what I am used to (below X and C on my Microsoft keyboard), so I am constantly hitting the B key instead of the ALT key.

I expected to be able to set different color schemes to match my computer setup.... It's rainbow colors ONLY. You cannot change them. I'll save it as a backup in case the world is ending I suppose : /

Before buying this, I read the reviews saying the lights do change and some saying they don't, with a video showing them changing so thought they would. Here to confirm THIS DOES NOT CHANGE COLOR. The product image shows a light icon on keyboard number 5 which would change the colors. As you can see, its just not there, and yes, still pressing FN+5 will not change the colors, as FN+3, FN+4 do change brightness, and FN+A does cycle through a large variety of same color different light sequences as intended. Additionally, it is quite large you will have to stretch to reach any keys beyond where your fingers rest. The keys are nice and it is comfortable so if you have gigantic hands and don't want to change the current light color setup beyond how they flash, then this is for you.

I am an FPS Gamer, and anyone that is serious about gaming and aim knows that space and positioning is important. The reduced size keyboard seemed to have benefits to both space and aim due to its size, so I wanted to try one out. I did purchase this product because of the cheap price as I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something I may not like. When I first got it, I actually thought it was great. It didn't take me much time at all to adjust. They keys were only slightly larger than my standard keyboard, and the placement of spacebar actually seemed more comfortable. The Keys were springy, and I don't recall suffering from any ghosting. However, I havn't put many hours into gaming lately, and suddenly my "s" key stopped working mid game. Quite frustrating. It will work sometimes, but not consistently. To any gamer, this is no good. I've had keyboards wear the letters off from the amount of gaming I did on them and still work. So my low rating is due to the fact that this keyboard has only 1 purpose, gaming, so the fact it only lasted a couple of months where I barely used it, I cannot recommend it. Only reason it has 2 stars instead of one is because it is cheap enough that if you don't want to spend on a quality keypad, it's cheap enough to let you try it out, but don't count on it lasting long.
