5’6”, 225 lbs, 38H bust, normally a XL in most fitted clothing. Had to order the 3x/4x for it to fit comfortably. So it runs small, I suggest sizing up. Other than sizing being dumb and one of the ears being sewn a little wonky, I think it is super comfy. Fabric seems to be a thick felt. Overall happy with this purchase once I found the right size.

I wanted this costume/hoodie for a while, it's a little snug on me but hoping by October it will fit the way I want it. It definitely has a costume feel, I thought it would be more like a hoody fabric but it is more like a fleece throw. Will definitely keep you warm though. I'm hoping to do some alterations, add a drawstring to the hood, and line it with fabric as well as add pockets

I'm so glad I ordered this product! I waited & debated, then Amazon went out of stock so I pulled the trigger once the item was a slightly higher price, almost out of stock & not prime & I don't regret it one bit. I'm a curvy, top & bottom & am 5'6. I ordered the large since I normally wears jean size 31/32 again curvy not super skinny jeans & it's perfectly tight around my waist. I also plan to wear with thick leggings or black jeans depending on the weather. So I tried on over my normal jeans for the review. It's a snug fit so if you're going for a looser super comfy fit then order 2 sizes up. The product hits me mid thigh, in the front. A little too short in the back for me to wear alone, but you could get away with it especially with a short pair of running shorts on underneath. Upon opening the shipping envelope I was slightly concerned it'd be tough fabric that wasn't soft as the packaging is a no frills basic Halloween packaging, but fabric is soft & comfy. Only a few strings from seeing to trim which is not a big deal at all. Also has the great V neckline, even if it's zipped all the way up it doesn't go above a what a normal v neck shirt would and the fur goes all the way down to the zipper. The zipper doesn't have a second pull from the bottom so don't expect that. The ears on mine stand up without adding any additional support as they are stuffed so full they have no option but to stand up. There are also nice details I was surprised by like the wing hooks off the sleeve and the stitching that outline what would be the bats bones in the wing. There is also a v that goes down in the front and back, almost like a onesie that's unbuttoned (if a one size was a V) to account for the bats body I guess. All in all I'm super happy with the purchase and excited for Halloween. A simple yet cute outfit that I can definitely wear year after year. I cannot confirm enough order a size or two up & order it before it goes out of stock if you're debating on getting it at all! 😊 Will try to update with pics later.

I'm 5'3" and roughly 180lbs, I typically am size XL in tops and like to order up for looser fitting clothes. I ordered an XL for this costume and it fits well, just very form fitting and tight but in a flattering way since it's black and fleece fabric. The fleece definitely makes it super warm and hot to wear which is perfect for Ohio Halloween weather outside but might be too hot indoors. I love it though and looks exactly as pictured. The fuzz on the hood and the ears look great.

I read all of the reviews and you don’t need to order 2 sizes larger! Im usually a standard junior large without being fitted and the XL on this was def loose. Not too loose but def not sexy fitted or like can move around and eat a punch of food fitted. So many of these costumes vary per piece so I’m prob just going to alter myself because realistically bigger is better than too small. Quality wise it’s pretty thick and a little stretch - much better than most costume quality.

I love this hoodie. After spending nearly $200 on a costume for Halloween, I saw this advertised on Amazon and just had to have it. It is so decently priced, I returned my other costume and bought this one instead and I am so glad I did!! Saved me a bunch and is even more cute than my previous costume! I am 5'5.5" and 135 - 137 pounds; kind of a busty hour glass shape. This large hoodie fits me *perfectly*, just a little snug with a bit of space for wearing a sweater dress or something underneath. I could probably had bought a medium if I didn't want to layer under the hoodie. The length reaches just at a point that if I bend over it doesn't show my bum but I still will probably want to wear opaque leggings or short shorts under this just in case. My only wish would be to make the sleeves just a bit longer, but that is more personal preference because I have longer arms. The hoodie itself is better than the photo examples on Amazon. If you look up "leg avenue bat costume" on Google you will see that the hoodie's zipper actually goes all the way down and can open fully. It also is full fleece material, so it's insanely soft and warm. The hood is big, and looks great both up or down. The wings are super thick, not flimsy or cheap looking. Keep in mind this hoodie is very, very warm. It will be much too warm for anyone who gets hot easily, but perfect or someone who is worried about freezing outside on Halloween. This whole costume has a casual feel to it because of the cut and material, so this would be great for a casual Halloween party, for a teen who is trick or treating, or just someone who loves looking like a bat (judgement free zone here)! I posted this comment before Halloween so if someone is on the fence on buying this hoodie, i wanted to help that make the right choice. Go with this hoodie! It's awesome. I plan on posting reference photos post Halloween.
