For the keyboard, there's 6 designs for the light. Press the Fn button + the Ins (A1) for the 1st design and then the Home, PgUp, Del, End, and PgDn for the other 5 designs. To change the color of the mouse press the bottom Dpi button plus the forward side button until it starts to blink a certain color, mine started Red, press just the forward side button until it has reached the color you want and then press the Dpi + forward side button to lock the color. On to the review. It hooks up to my laptop quite easily, no need for other softwares, just plug and play. I really like pink so this was actually quite cute and I honestly love the color and design for both the keyboard and the mouse. The keyboard is mechanical so it is quite loud which is something that I wanted. The space keyboard does sound weird though, it doesn't sound the same as the other keys. Anyways, overall, pretty good. I'll update after using for a month. This keyboard and mouse is going to be used for gaming.

Yellow is my favorite color. You often see all these cute gamer girl desk setups that come in pink or blue or purple but finding gear in yellow is very difficult. This keyboard is the most comforting and lovely shade of yellow, the keys are nice and clacky but not too loud that they come through my microphone on voice calls. All around happy with the purchase

Package arrived in a timely manner. Both keyboard and mouse remain unharmed. The backlit lights are much less saturated than the other keyboards I used. There's a lot of new and surprising things I found out about this setup. The mouse is super silent. From the build itself in the preview photos, I thought it'd be louder but I'm super relieved that it's quiet. Just like the keyboard, the lights aren't as striking nor saturated in colors. The type of keyboard is a membrane keyboard. It's not as super quiet as a laptop keyboard. Many factors would depend on you being able to type quietly. If you're looking for a super quiet keyboard, this would not be it. However, I've been looking for a new keyboard to switch between the mechanical and the laptop-like keyboards. The keys don't require being pressed super hard to type out a letter. You can type as lightly as needed. (Excuse the long sentences, I'm just happy that a keyboard finally came in the color I love. Still enjoying everything about it). The colored keys are easy to switch out. My advice is not to pull on them entirely with your fingers as it could damage the switches. Use the tool, and once it looks like the key is hanging from an edge, that's when it's safe to use with your fingers. Have patience. Rushing through it can damage it further in the process. Using this keyboard is awesome for both gaming and working. Now that it's much more quiet and I'm not required to press harder to type a full sentence without mistakes, I'm going to be using this in the long term. A fine addition to my keyboard collection. I did see the previous reviews, just confirming again that I did receive both mouse and keyboard. I hope the other people who reported their mouse was missing is able to find a new one. If you want to give this keyboard a test before the return window runs out, I recommend playing Typing of the Dead and doing a typing test online so see if this keyboard is for you or not. Another program I recommend is Mavis Beacon because the typing exercises will allow you to test out all the keys. I'm fully satisfied with this keyboard.

I purchased this set for my new tower, I got it for a steal and wasn't sure how the quality would be. (Didn't want a cr*p keyboard and mouse on a new $2000 computer build) This keyboard and mouse are phenomenal for the price. The keyboard has many settings of light flow and I appreciate its simplicity. The mouse has silver bits that are a bit 'cheaper' looking but definitely not a flaw by any means. The one con I've noticed is that occasionally the keyboard will not fully turn off once the tower is off. One or two keys will stay lit up or the top row will flicker, Honestly not huge problem, I've noticed making sure all applications are fully closed before shutting down insures the keyboard will be fully off. ***UPDATE. I have now had this set for a few years (2020) and it's still working -okay-. My mouse seems to be less sensitive than it once was, making gaming a little more difficult but realistically it's lasted me a very long time being used every single day for gaming. (About 8-11 hours a day for a year and a half then a little less after that) the keyboard still works nicely, I clean it once every two months or so by pulling key caps and it's helped maintain it well. I honestly will probably buy this set again once I feel necessary to replace the mouse! ** update 8/2023 This set is still going relatively strong but i have finally broken the first button on my mouse, mouse 4 on the side has stopped working completely. so after 3 years of serious gaming(its my push to talk so it's been beat up a bit) it's the only issue i've come across, realistically still better than any other mouse i've used, as i've broken a few within a few months. still great for the price and will definitely order another! 1/24/24 new update My s key failed on my first keyboard finally and I ordered a new mouse and keyboard set, this one is very much a different material than my original keyboard and the windows key stopped working the second day I had the keyboard. Not the happiest camper with the new keyboard but as long as I can alt+tab it should be fine.
