So I can't tell you how many other brands pretend to have the sizes right, or use cheap materials and are somehow less comfortable in a weird way. They almost always have a strange sizing, and jacket cut that makes them bunch up in places or are a bizarre fitting. This one is a good fit, keeps me warm, goes well under my larger jacket and has pockets in the right places too. the ''left side'' women's zipper is odd and that is typical of a Chinese knock off but there you go. It's not the West's military grade unit, it's a less expensive one. I LOVE it! I'll deal with the zipper, and if that is the ONLY weird thing about it, good! Nice jacket, but it feels to futuristic. I feel like I’m on Star Trek when I wear it. It’s taking too long to break in. So the material won’t drop like I want. Glad I didn’t pay much for it! Still a good jacket just not what was looking for.

Good jacket and keeps you warm, but the jacket is a little bulky considering how it appears in the photos. Also has these weird Velcro pockets on the arms, just not quite what we expected
