It does not creak, make any noise, it's secure, easy to set up, amazingly cheap and great quality. This is 1000% better than any other bedframe I've owned before and it was more expensive than this one. No way you have any issues, at least I didn't and my house is uneven and it's still amazing.

I have a twin size bed. I have for many years and had a box spring because my frame required it. It was the NOISIEST thing to sit on or get up from. On a whim because I could afford it, I opted to finally look into getting a new frame. Through lots of browsing I decided on this one. First, without my box spring, my sleeping experience is utterly silent now. I had no idea my box spring was such an issue until the pure blissful silence greeted my ears. It should be noted that my mattress is memory foam. Spring mattress' might possibly make noise, which isn't the frames fault. Second, sliding. This frame has no shelf or way to keep the mattress from moving. Even if you're a generally a still sleeper, it might nudge ever so slightly over time as you get up or lay down. I was aware of this before I bought this frame after reading a few other reviews. This might be a more annoying issue for larger bed sizes. I took another reviewers idea and added textured grippers to the top of the frame for my bed to sit on. The cheap rubber stickies meant for furniture legs at Walmart work fine, you can even cut them to size. Third, I had a wooden headboard already and was able to easily make it work with this frame. The frame itself was so easy to put together, it took less than thirty minutes. Make sure your screws are tight! You are sleeping on this and want it secure. I had no issues with the bars popping out or falling. If I'm being honest, I'm not actually sure how that would even happen unless you are picking up the frame and moving it with the bed off. I've not experienced any wobbling or instability either. I've had this frame for over a week now and am still happy with it. The only reason I gave four stars was because of the sliding issue, but as I mentioned, that isn't anything that can't be handled with a few tricks. I'm sure there are even more methods to manage it, but that was the one I opted for. ... show more

Really Really sturdy. No way you'd break this thing. Has lots of slats and eliminates the need for bulky box springs. Height is great for storage and cleaning under. Be smarter than I was... I didn't take into account the thickness of our mattress when I picked out the 20in frame. I love the amount of clearance I have under the bed but combined with the mattress my short self can barely get on the bed. Thats my mistake but the frame itself is awesome. So I bought the 16 inch queen frame. Put it together over the course of 2 hours while watching a movie. Very simple and straight forward. Everything fits the first time. Instructions were clear and they gave me enough screws plus extras and basic hand tools, a allen wrench and a flimsy flat wrench. Don't crank on the wrench. The frame is solid and plenty of space below. I'm 5'6 and almost bought the 20 inch frame. That would've been a mistake. Think I'm going to love this frame from my old pile of kindling I had to keep repairing. 04/13/2024 Still love this frame. No problems thus far. Super solid. I struggled for years trying to use an antique bed frame with the original slats. It was creaky and squeaky like living in Scrooge’s attic. Finally I bit the bullet based on reviews and this frame does not disappoint. I put it together by myself in about 15 minutes. They have clear dummy proof instructions. The bed is exactly the same shape as my mattress. I have a 12” memory foam mattress that is now 3’ to the top. Very tall bed with a lot of room under it for easy vacuuming. I still used the old connectors for the head and foot board to stay together but I could have maybe used the holes in the bed frame to hold it up. Luckily the queen side boards were still usable and just enough room to hook into. No more squeaking. My mattress feels flat and perfect. Almost like a new mattress the only thing I felt sad about is the height makes my room feel smaller. I have a 16’ x 16’ room and the bed interrupts the flow aesthetically. But I’m happy with it.
