Easy to build, probably took me 10-15 minutes. Very sturdy. My cat is slowly warming up to it. It's the perfect height for my window sill and she just started climbing it to look at the birds. She loves the scratching post, too. The only thing is I did not realize the edge/border wall thing of the top platform isn't solid. If she lays against it, it flattens out and I'm worried she could fall, but she hasn't yet. As I was building it and twisting the posts in place, the fur was coming off in small tufts, but I'm not that bothered and I haven't noticed any coming off from my cat using it. ... show more

The material is the same as other cheaper materials, but this was expected. It’s soft material and will last long enough. My cats are huge, they are considered large cats. My twins can both perch on it and there’s plenty of room for them on top and in the tunnel. It is very stable and when they leap from it or get the zoomies, it doesn’t topple like the other ones (and it isn’t even mounted to the wall). At one point, both boys were on top, so this means they both can perch for the window. It’s a good height and I expect it to last for a while since my previous one from this company is still going strong. I recommend this buy for people with larger cats! So glad I got this! Assembly: the only challenging part was reading the directions upside down, but it was easy. I did it myself and in about 10-15 minutes. The final step caused me a little trouble, but it was my own fault for now recognizing that the screw wasn’t in straight. ... show more

It’s a good size for my 11lb adult cat. It’s sturdy and easy to put together. Price matches the quality. She likes the bottom spot the best. Only critique is that the sides on the top portion are flimsy. Would be better if they were stiff.

Assembly is rather simple, directions are easy to follow. The top perch platform is slightly smaller than I was hoping for. It works, just isn't as large as my cat is used to. I appreciate how the overall size of the cat tower is smaller, takes up less room and isn't as ugly to look at. This was purchased for three kittens. It is an ideal size for these 9-week old babies that are full of energy. Assembly was simple and clearly illustrated in the accompanying brochure. My only complaint about the item is that the material around the top level is very flimsy and doesn’t stand up as shown in the image.
