The couch is good for the price but when we were attaching the ends, one of the arms had its hooks upside down. We had you unscrew and turn each metal plate and screw them back in. Even after all that the arms don't touch the floor. It's floating in the air. Looks silly. The lines on the armrest and the couch don't align because of that. Good storage space though. Bought the couch for my 1st apartment and after reading some of the reviews it seemed like a decent couch for the price. After having it for a week, im already looking to replace it. It's super shallow, being almost 6ft my legs hang way off it when sitting down. Not to mention it's not a plush couch at all. I would not buy it as a guest bed to sleep on unless you absolutely don't want guests to stay the night again. Only thing I can hope for at this point is that it will become softer the more we use it. If it weren't for having pay $50 to return it, I would have sent it back. ... show more

It came in 3 boxes and was very easy to put together with the instructions provided. I like that the chaise lifts up, we store blankets and pillows inside for when we need to convert to the bed for guests. It's a little firm but comfortable.

We bought this couch for a spare room that we use for movie watching, video games, and board games. It is a fantastic couch for our needs. Not too big but big enough for the three of us to enjoy. So happy with this purchase. It is firm, but seems to be breaking in well.

    • UNCOMFORTABLE
This is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Way too firm, it’s shallow, where the pieces connect are hard as a rock. The only nice thing about the couch is the pullout feature. Bout this couch because we have 2 large dogs. Cannot wait to get rid of it.
