4 stars for now as I just recieved them but havent tried them out. Like many reviewers I was worried that the items leaked. I was excited when my package came in. Thought there wasnt leakaged but my shampoo was the one. Looks like 4 to 5 pumps wasted. My conditioner and mask were okay. Packaging in my opinion could have been better. I.e. pump area could have been wrapped tightly with something to avoid leakage. Additional bubble wrap (for environment friendly packaging paper) could have been placed in the box so the items wouldnt move to freely. The scent of this is mild. Smells like vanilla. This product smells really nice and made my hair feel silky without weighing it down. Other high end products make my hair look limp. This one made it look better than it has in ages.

The item had the top broken and was spilled all over the bag that came in. Good thing it was in the bag otherwise it would of been all over the box. I don’t think I will purchase again.

When I opened the box tonight the product was coming out into the bag. It was messy. The overall product itself is good but needs better packaging.
