I love the oil and treatment pack from this company; I have been using them for years. So when I found myself needing a new shampoo and conditioner line, as mine became obsolete, I thought theirs would be a no-brainier. It's just not there. It doesn't feel like it penetrates the hair. It's more on the surface level so you don't end up with the hydration you might need if you have a lot of hair -- I have a lot of hair. It's considered fine but since I have so much of it, it appears to be quite thick. With that, I've found that if I use heavy conditioners for thick or course hair, it's too much. So a good hydrating option for normal hair works well for me. I think this just lacks that hydration factor. Even more frustrating though is the packaging. The bottle is very hard making it almost impossible to squeeze out the product so I always had to take the top off and use it that way - not so convenient in the middle of a shower. The shape makes it hard to grip even then so it slips out of your hand often and with no top on it, that makes for a lot of waste product. So it's not terrible, and I'm sure the bottle may not be as frustrating for everyone who doesn't have pet peeves like this (although people with hand issues like carpo tunnel or arthritis, etc. would really struggle with this product), but all in all, I can't vouch for it the same way I an their oil or mask - those are amazing!

I have tried many, inexpensive to expensive and by far this product leaves my hair soft, smooth, non frizzy, and it smells great, too! You get what you pay for and I have told several friends about it, and hoping they give it a try! I'm sure they will love it as I do!

I wanted to like this conditioner as I use their hair mask and love it. However every time I used the conditioner I had tons of hair fall out and my hair was extremely brittle and dry. Not sure why the formula is different but I guess I’ll just use the mask as a conditioner as I only wash my hair 2 times a week
