The shampoo itself is great. My hair is so soft using this. However, in spite of all the reviews complaining of leaking bottles, they’ve done nothing to stop leaks during shipping, and my bottle arrived leaking the same as many other reviewers. Anybody else remember when amazon offered the option to leave packaging feedback?
