I would like to start off by saying I’m extremely picky before I make any outstanding purchases. I do my homework and research. I do read reviews watch videos on YouTube check out the stores main page customer service, etc.. Because well, we are spending a lot of money and we want something that is right After reviewing multiple reviews on this product, I was at a standstill. The majority were good, but some negative reviews here and there really caught my attention and made me wonder if I should purchase it. After holding off for about a month or two and continuing to look up more reviews, I finally took the chance to say screw it. I’m going to risk it and if I don’t like it oh well, I’ll figure it out then. Let me just start off by saying I was expecting this bike one week later it came and arrived at about two days. The packaging on this product is absolutely the best I have ever seen anywhere extremely meticulous, packaging, and wrapping If major stores could take pointers from these guys, we would have so many happy customer customers in that field. Aside from that the product is 1000% worth it I am 6 foot 314 pounds. And let me tell you this thing drives to 35 to 38 mph when unlocked. It’s not needed in my opinion 20 to 25 mph is beautiful cruising speed, But if you want a little more you got it . The style is sleek and amazing. I opted for the black one. Simply because I didn’t want to be recognized much. I didn’t want people saying all here. He goes with that guy in the blue biker green bike. Most people have a black bike.I just want to blend in. Anyways, the bike is pretty freaking heavy. I’m a strong guy now I have back problems but even so I still say it’ll take a bit of effort. I do take it up 18 steps of stairs every single day so I do have to carry it. You could definitely tell it weighs 100 pounds I’ve purchased oversized large mirrors for it a rear basket. I purchased another cell phone holder because I really don’t like the one that comes with it. Some extra inner tubes in case the originals get punctured I got my air compressor towards us to change anything if I need to on the road Man, it’s been years since I’ve been on a bike and I’ve been wanting an E bike for a while. I said screw it. I bought this one and let me tell you it’s the best purchase I’ve ever done This thing is so much fun. I mainly use it for the city, but I’m able to keep up with some traffic on the main roads keep in mind. It only goes up to 35.. The mile range I haven’t really tested to see if it goes fully 85 mile range. The booklet does state that the test were done with a person who weigh an average of 145 pounds. So I’m double that way I can logically stay in with common sense understand that the mile range is probably going to be cut in half Even so, I drive it on a full throttle or full speed about 14 miles and that leaves me with half battery so I’d say maybe the full battery range had full throttle unlocked for a heavy shed person like myself will probably be around 30 miles Which is like I said, logical since some double the weight and a lot taller than that test people Anyway, purchase the damn thing you’re gonna love it you won’t regret it just be honest and leave the sellers a nice review because they went out of their way to make sure we got something good we should respond accordingly I’m an honest person I could’ve said it never arrived but the truth is it did arrive and I’m happy with the purchase and I’m happy making my payments Can’t wait for the next one and looking forward to losing weight so I can end up riding a faster bike sometime down the road lol

Got the M2 Pro for exercise. I am 70 and was concerned about having a physical problem on the road and not being able to get back home but the ebike solves that issue. I am over 250 lbs and the M2 works great. My wife and I ride about 40 min, 5 times a week. Spending most time in PAS 1, about 40% of the time using the lights, I get about 60 miles per charge. I fully charge the battery and recharge it when it gets down to 1 bar (about 20%) left on the charge indicator. If you have to go off the road the tires feel very stable for me (I grew up on dirt bikes). The only issue I had was I did not like the seat so I changed it but that is more me than a bike issue. The brakes are mechanical disc and work very well. Mine came with turn signals even though it was not in the features list. Very happy with the bike.

Great bike! However, there is a rubbing sound on front tire (break disk seems to be warped) and when accelerating there is a loud embarrassing squealing noise from the rear. I’ve reached out to company but haven’t heard anything back. It is not a good feeling after spending a grand on this investment if it sounds like this. Rides smooth and fast. Kids in the neighborhood are shocked and amazed whenever I pass by them. UPDATE: 07/18/2026 Finally got in contact with support. Turns out I was contacting the wrong people for support. They were helpful in guiding me through difficult areas and also sent new parts whenever I had an issue. Now I am more educated about this e-bike the do’s and don’ts. Great bike. P.s Order a bike kit with tire repair to keep in your bike bag at all times.( nails will happen)

Shipped fast, but delivered to my neighbors house. The box had a picture of monitor or TV and was beaten up pretty good. Assumed this was a return and was very skeptical about what I might find in the box and if everything was included. The 3 plastic straps on the outside were very loose and worn. However, after watching a video of the assembly, it appeared that is the same box in the video... so I guess this is normal. Opening the box, everything appeared to be very well contained and in good shape. The wire ties were all securly holding the bike and parts together and there looked to be plenty of packing material. Proceeded to assemble the bike and everything went very well. Nothing missing and the bike looked very nice. I did have one issue with one of the holes that you screw the front fender bracket to was in bad shape. The threads in the hole looked to be damaged and I actually cut my finger trying to clean it up. Since the threads were damaged, the screw would not hold the fendor bracket. Luckily, I have lots of extra bolts and screws and I found one that looked almost identical but had larger threads... and it worked! UPDATE 02/07/2026: Now that the bike has been assembled and I have had some time to evaluate the bike, thought I would update this post. Bike runs great. Looks great. Everything is working correctly. One thing thing I would say is this bike is heavy. As a car guy, I would compare this bike to a Cadillac. Heavy but smooth and comfortable. I upgraded from an eBike that was lighter and didn't have all the accessories (lights, fenders, horn, comfortable seat). I would compare that bike to a Razor/side by side (light, nimble but not all the features of a Cadillac). Basically, both bikes are great but for different purposes. This bike is perfect if you do most of you riding on the streets, sidewalks and paths. But can feel heavy if you try to do some serious offroad mountain biking. I give it a 5 star rating based on it's intended purpose!

I've shopped multiple ebikes, I actually bought an "Electra GO" Cruiser, which didn't do it for me. Afterwards I went and purchased my Aipas M2 Pro, two different bikes, way different expirence. The M2 is an excellent bike! I love it, it's powerful, beautiful (I got the Black) it's got 7 speeds (gears) in addition to the PAS levels. This gives me the versatility I didn't get with the other bike. It's has front & rear suspension, very comfortable, large 4" wide tires adds even more comfort, and stability. My only gripe was, being 6'4" , 270lbs and it being a larger bike (which fits me nicely) it needed stronger brakes, which i switched out to hydraulic. I am happy to see that since my purchase Aipas now offers the "M2 Pro Max" which comes with hydraulic brakes! So larger ryderz have a choice. The bike shipped quickly, and once I got it, I had it assembled and riding it in just over 1hr. It has larger battery capacity, easily accessible by turning a key to unlock it. For a bike that goes 36mph, it holds a charge, I've taken some pretty long rides and returned with just as much speed as I left with. The digital display has nice graphics, viewable in the brightest sunlight. Best of all, I as able to get this bike for a steal, at less than a grand! $950 to be exact! Excellent price plus superior build quality, you can't beat that with a Bat! Hahaha, I love my Aipas, in fact this has motivated me to go ride now! See ya out there! Derrick B.

Easy to put together after watching video. Fun Bike to ride. I have put 60 miles on mine and getting ready for the 3rd battery charge. I do pedal most of the time but like going a little fast. My top speed was 28 mph going downhill. I weigh 250 so smaller folks may get more speed and battery life.

Great bike but the wheel crank peddle was damaged. On delivery nobody fault I call Aipas customer service. And got the part and I took the bike to the bike shop to repair it. The bike it the best bike I ever bought. As soon i got my bike from the bike shop. I took the bike for a ride . What a ride this is my vest bike I ever bought. I'll give it a 10 plus.
