We have the best experience, the machine had a very explanatory instructions, step by step , after we follow the instructions, I contact the technician to help me with the system send me videos and pictures everything was very smooth , they help me until I finally get it I ask questions and they quickly respond ,they didn’t leave me until I finish my 1st order . This is how awesome they are 10/10 thank you so very much , highly recommended! They machine is amazing in 10 min was done 6 different sizes of prints ,and all from start to finish 12 shirt in less that 30 min , this is how fast this machine works.
