I was looking for a lighter weight escooter to carry in the back of my trunk, and this fit the bill. It's approximately 39 lbs, has front and rear suspension, can hit 20mph, can connect to the Aotos app where you can unlock zero start, see the battery level, lock the scooter, enable cruise control, change the braking sensitivity, and diagnose the scooter, and was under $300. It feels well built as advertised. I love the 12 inch tires and the long range per charge. It has decent power, motor somewhere between 750-900. The only thing I don't like are the exposed brake wires, but I see alot of scooters are designed this way.

    • this is exactly what I was looking for to enhance my electric scooter
Riding my electric scooters around town is something to look forward to each summer. I have been lucky this year because of an early start that presented a few super hot days before summer officially began. I right away ventured out on one of my three scooters. Being that I have been riding them for five summers now, I know what its like to carry around a backpack or other travel type of bag while riding an electric scooter. This would be for while running small errands that can be handled with a scooter as the transport option. I had been wanting to look into some sort of travel case that attaches to the actual scooter yet kept putting it off. That is until finally my attention was grabbed by this nice five star scooter bag from the Megawheels brand. While I am not that crazy about the name megawheels appearing on the front of the bag, because it reminds me of the early nineties toy go carts meant for kids, or other kid related things like toy trucks. That is no big deal, because I will be placing fun stickers over it anyway, which is a creative way to customize the visual aspect of this handlebar hanging bag. I am glad the outer shell part of of a sturdy plastic. That allows me to be able to place electronic devices in there, without worrying about damage from being knocked around. I say that because the small space inside, along with the dividers, allows me to pack the bag full of items so the items themselves add to the safety of the contents by being packed in snugly. The dividers allowed me to place my keys, a heavy padded bike chain and my wallet all in there with a bit of room to spare. What is amazing about this is it accepted that heavy padded chain without sagging or compromising the zipper region. The chain I am referring to has thick plastic lock connector pieces, and then with the padded chain its double the heaviness of the standard pedal bike chains or wind up cable variations. I am very impressed with this bags ability to carry all of that stuff, while not causing the velcro-based straps to become loose and then begin to detach. As for the straps, they are perfectly placed with two that strap around the handlebar regions while two more go around the main center bar in a vertical manner. The price of this is not and at all for an item that will be used all the time. This is just under thirty dollars, yet I would have paid more for this due to how interesting it is. The zipper system on a bag like this is important and can make or break it. I am happy to say that the two zippers on this along with the zipper track seems well made, and meant for many repetitions of zipping and unzipping. I feel this deserves a five star rating, because for the price, this seems to be a fully realized e scooter bag design. ... show more

I just bought this scooter and rode it today trying to learn how to navigate it. But the front wheel makes a sound that sounds like it’s rubbing on metal and it stops working when you have it set to drive itself. Does anyone else have this problem?

I got this electric scooter for short commutes and around-town trips. It offers up to 20 mph with a claimed 19–28 mile range depending on the model, a 500W or 550W motor, dual brakes, and solid tires that avoid flats. The app connectivity and all-terrain claim work reasonably well on paved paths and light rough spots, and the UL2272 certification is a nice safety plus for adults and teens. I was looking for a simple way to carry my phone, keys, and a few small tools without having to wear a backpack or stuff my pockets, and this bag has worked out perfectly. It straps onto the handlebars in just a few seconds without needing any tools or complicated brackets. I’ve tried it on my bike and my scooter, and the straps hold it nice and secure so it doesn't bounce around as I’m riding.
