The product is good. The brake package is high quality and everything that was expected of them. The only hiccup was they were damaged in shipping. The brakes are extremely heavy and they were dropped on the corner damaging one of the pads. The company immediatly followed up and sent me a new pair with no delay. To say they stand behind there product is an understatement. They really went above and beyond to make sure i was a happy customer even though it was no fault of there own the damage was done. Won't ever buy again ....rip offfff.... the sent me bad sets ...I bought the set for both side for trailer...but only 1 brake assembly worked properly the rest are junk!!!!
