First of all, FedEx really messed up the shipping so it might take a bit longer (maybe a couple of days) for shipping this product. However once it arrived it took me about an hour to assemble by myself, but it's easier if you have 2 people (the 2nd person can come in once in a while). The assembly was so easy! The instructions are now VERY CLEAR, each part well labeled. Totally worth the purchase price for this, including shipping too. Below I've written a couple of helpful hacks: 1) even though the shipping was a bit delayed, the customer service rep for this company is AMAZING!!!!! I am so impressed that I might look into buying from there further down the road. 2) Before you put the top bunk bed FRONT railing, put the boards across first...do the middle boards first and go outwards. The reason for this hack is that it's tough to twist the screwdriver with the railing in the way. 3) I believe that the overall height is incorrect on the chart...it's about 2 inches taller...the reason I say this is because I measured my ceiling and the top of the "house" doesn't fit...so consider that as well for shorter rooms. 4) I bought an unicorn netting to drape over the top bunk that made it even more special. Again I was very very happy with this purchase. My daughter is still very grateful for it still...Please don't hesitate to contact me for additional questions.

I looked forever for the “treehouse bed” that my son wanted for his birthday. After several weeks of looking I found this bed which I was thrilled to discover was full sized and could grow with him. We didn’t use the bottom bed and used that area for a play space. The bed is such great quality and has so much character and detail. I honestly can’t believe it doesn’t cost more. Yes it takes a while to put together (there’s a million screws) but the directions are clear and easy to follow. I couldn’t be happier with this bed and highly recommend it!!

The the bed or slats are causing all type of symptoms. Don’t buy this bed if your child is immunocompromised. Paid a task rabbit to put it together now i need to throw it out. Also missing some screw and holes

Kids love it. Wood quality is decent. Only problem was the assembly-they could have easily separated and labeled the parts better. It was confusing sometimes with the little printout. All in a decent build and nice color.
