Very DISAPPOINTED! $ 300.00 for a piece of crap! I bought this at the end of June, was delivered in July 3 l believe to my grandkids home. I just got the chance to go see it. The poles are to thin, they had a light storm and the poles bent. The mat that goes around the springs so very thin maybe a 1/2 inch thickness. The screen doesn’t stay up properly, the basketball hoop is a joke , doesn’t stay upright. I didn’t get to see the lights or sprinkler work, but if made like the rest of the trampoline it’s junk too! Had l known this was so poorly made l would have gladly spent alittle more on a safer one. I am so disappointed and know how much my grandkids are disappointed now! Only good thing l can say is my Son in Law said it was easy to assemble. So that’s great so now you can admire it just don’t play on it! Make it right either give me my money back ( l will gladly send you back this piece of crap) or compensate me with a better trampoline. ... show more

This is a great product for grandkids, especially this summer where its absolutely hot, with its sprinkler system from the top and LEDS for special glow that our grandchildren love, reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that there are some issues that could of made this product perfect, you will definitely need at least 2 persons for the assembling, the basketball hoop droops downward and many different attempts which I am in the process of fixing with some other reinforcement not included, all in all a good product but a little more planning could of been put into it especially for the price point, but the grandkids are enjoying it so I'm happy ... show more

As soon as I took it out of the box, I could tell it wasn't the best quality.... I poles broke within a week... the basketball hoop was very poor quality and ours didn't even have a basketball... bought our last trampoline for $200 and it lasted 7yrs of many kids jumping and wind blowing it over... just needed a new mat and springs... wish I would just bought that and the sprinkler and basketball hoop seperate.... I don't recommend if you live in a windy area or have kids over like 10yrs old. Now they have changed my refund date twice... this is rediculoua. ... show more

This trampoline is awesome kids have fun all day. When it's too hot we just turn on the sprinkler for the kids. When it's too dark we have the solar lights. It also comes with a basket ball hoop. I definitely would recommend this. My husband and his brother had it up in no time. 2 people to assemble is all you need. ... show more

A word of caution if you are like I was and assume all 14ft trampolines are the same.... They are NOT!!! I didn't realize this specific trampoline has 5 posts, not 6, not 8. 6 and 8 post trampolines are the most common. I also bought a trampoline tent for 14ft trampolines and it dies not work on 5 post trampolines. I have searched everywhere and finding ANY accessories or extras for a 5 post trampoline is near impossible. Set up was easy enough. There is no support ring around the top to keep the net in place which is a bit weird but it works. Not sure how durable that will be in the long run. The padding that covers the springs is pretty thin and it barely covers everything it's supposed to even when stretched as far as it can go. The ladder is pretty wimpy and it doesn't actually attach to the frame so it is just leaning against it. I may be zip tying the thing in place. It's a nice looking trampoline but I wouldn't have chise this one if I would have known what I do now 😔 ... show more
