Very DISAPPOINTED! $ 300.00 for a piece of crap! I bought this at the end of June, was delivered in July 3 l believe to my grandkids home. I just got the chance to go see it. The poles are to thin, they had a light storm and the poles bent. The mat that goes around the springs so very thin maybe a 1/2 inch thickness. The screen doesn’t stay up properly, the basketball hoop is a joke , doesn’t stay upright. I didn’t get to see the lights or sprinkler work, but if made like the rest of the trampoline it’s junk too! Had l known this was so poorly made l would have gladly spent alittle more on a safer one. I am so disappointed and know how much my grandkids are disappointed now! Only good thing l can say is my Son in Law said it was easy to assemble. So that’s great so now you can admire it just don’t play on it! Make it right either give me my money back ( l will gladly send you back this piece of crap) or compensate me with a better trampoline. ... show more

it came 28 springs short. It’s Christmas Eve wow!!!! Amazon sent me money on the return which I am now changing my review. Was one star not 2 star because I was able to purchase the missing springs. Easy install, medium mat and flimsy frame. I would recommend for little kids only

A word of caution if you are like I was and assume all 14ft trampolines are the same.... They are NOT!!! I didn't realize this specific trampoline has 5 posts, not 6, not 8. 6 and 8 post trampolines are the most common. I also bought a trampoline tent for 14ft trampolines and it dies not work on 5 post trampolines. I have searched everywhere and finding ANY accessories or extras for a 5 post trampoline is near impossible. Set up was easy enough. There is no support ring around the top to keep the net in place which is a bit weird but it works. Not sure how durable that will be in the long run. The padding that covers the springs is pretty thin and it barely covers everything it's supposed to even when stretched as far as it can go. The ladder is pretty wimpy and it doesn't actually attach to the frame so it is just leaning against it. I may be zip tying the thing in place. It's a nice looking trampoline but I wouldn't have chise this one if I would have known what I do now 😔 ... show more

Accessories (sprinkler, lights, etc) came day before trampoline. Was easy and quick to put together! Daughter loves it!! Came to edit: After a week or two of jumping the springs started snapping. Amazon replaced with a new trampoline but it’s happening with the new one as well. Have replaced about 15 springs so far on the new one. Will be buying better springs for it. Other than that, everything is still intact and working as it should! ... show more
