We ordered this trampoline and it's extremely affordable. The directions make for easy assembly and can be done with ease. My kid loves the lights and I'm sure will like the water feature when it warms up. Had a slight issue with some springs but customer service is outstanding and shipped us some new ones very quickly. This 16ft trampoline was purchased for a gift and after assembly it worked great and kids loved it. Unfortunately while moving it to mow a strong wind blew it over and it was bent up and unusable. But after contacting the company, Lyromix, they promptly sent out replacement parts for no charge and were extremely easy to deal with and very helpful. The best customer service anyone could ask for. The trampoline is back in use and happy kids again!! I would definitely buy one of these again, but only move when not windy and use the anchors to secure it. ... show more

My kids love this trampoline. It came in 2 different boxes. It did NOT come with the lights, sprinkler head, or the tie downs. I did speak with someone and got it all figured out. Customer service was really good and fixed the issue fast.

This trampoline comes with super crappy pain in the a** directions. Part of it only has pictures and a couple steps we had to improvise because there were pieces but no instructions to put them on.. 1 person definitely cannot assemble this alone. Need at least 2 people. Some of the directions could have been in a different order to make it easier. But other than that this is a great trampoline. Lots of fun things to do. The kids LOVE the sprinkler attachment. The sprinkler head does not stay put it keeps moving with all the jumping but i just keep getting back up on the ladder and fixing it. That's a pain in the a** but for the most part i do recommend this dude. Worth every penny so far keeping the kiddos busy for the summer. ... show more

The kids love it but multiple of the pieces do not fit together properly. Setting this up was beyond annoying simply because several of the poles had to be manipulated excessively to fit together. The holes can’t line up if the poles are dented and warped from the beginning. I posted my original review and a rep from the company emailed me to resolve the issue. While they did offer replacement parts, my husband had already fixed everything himself. In return they offered a partial refund instead.     • Fun but kind of shaky
Lots of fun but doesn’t feel incredibly stable. Also pretty tough to assemble because some of the openings to the metal tubes were bent. It was fixable but annoying. The box was also destroyed when it arrived.
